There were many registers open, yet the lines were incredibly long and moved very slowly. To make matters worse, the two cashiers at the registers next to each other were having conversations as if there wasn't a huge line of customers waiting between both of them.When I finally got to the cashier, he said he didn't know how to use the scanner gun he said that it wasn't working, so he had to manually enter the code for every single item. It made the process take forever and definitely took away from what should have been a fun shopping experience.
