I have found most success with 1:1 coaching, though Emily also offers group circles that are fantastic as well. The environment that she creates for these circles is welcoming, non-judging, and very meditative. During my 1:1 coaching experience, I was shocked by how wise and understanding Emily is. When you're speaking with her during a coaching call, she has the power to distill your thousand-word rant into a short, direct paragraph that completely and 100% captures what you just said.....and then flips your perspective on how to deal with it. The biggest benefit to working with Emily is having someone listen to you and then offer words of wisdom for how to get where you want to go.
