I wish they have more standardized wooden paddles...like more different sizes. I also wish they have more examples to show so I can get an idea of what to put and what looks good, etc.. however, they do have Instagram of examples they did, which was helpful. The paddles hanging from the wall are a bit too small for my liking and the biggest one was too big. Thankfully they had an extra paddle that is a little bigger length and width than the middle one on the wall. I'm glad that they had the wooden letters with stickers so it's easy to peel off and stick. I'm also happy that they had the wooden letters left unglued for me to paint it easily. I ordered it day of and they got it done around 2-3 hours. The person texted me the design I wanted. And gave me a picture of the wooden letters placed on the paddle. You can choose email too but texting is way faster. Price: paddle depends on size Price of letters: $0.50 for each letter if you buy their paddle. $1 for each big letters. But if you ONLY need letters AND NOT THE PADDLES then price varies. The workers are very nice and friendly. I called around 6pm when it was about to close to see if I can come by. He stated it was ok and took time answering questions.

AVOID Logo Max if you need embroidery done correctly and on time…read more I ordered a graduation sash and provided clear instructions for the embroidery. Logo Max embroidered my sash incorrectly by swapping the placement of my name and major. When I contacted them, they admitted the mistake and told me that attempting to remove the embroidery would likely damage the sash, effectively ruining it. I live in Los Angeles and could not repeatedly travel back to Chino to correct a mistake that was not mine. Rather than taking responsibility for the inconvenience and additional costs caused by their error, they insisted I return to their shop despite knowing my scheduling limitations. Even more concerning was how they communicated once reimbursement was discussed. After I requested that any mailed check include tracking so both parties could verify delivery, I received aggressive and hostile emails from Riaz Deejay (images attached). These are not the kinds of responses customers should receive from a business owner when attempting to resolve a problem caused by the business itself. Mistakes happen. What matters is how a company handles them. Instead of professionalism, accountability, or customer service, I experienced hostility, personal attacks, and an unwillingness to take full responsibility for the consequences of their own mistake. If you are ordering something important, time-sensitive, or difficult to replace, I would strongly consider taking your business elsewhere. ALSO, if you're a recent grad, go somewhere that won't belittle you for your accomplishments!
