I called t-shirt wholesale mart 2 days before my wedding because I realized I forgot to order honeymoon shirts for myself and my future husband! I contacted several Etsy vendors asking if they could rush order shirts that would be customized with our wedding date-- and some vendors said it was impossible while others said it was doable if I paid expedited shipping fee. Fortunately, I remembered T-shirt wholesale mart existed and that it is also near my house. I called and was told to come down and get my order placed. I did just that and we had the perfect shirts I wanted to pick up in 24 hours! The man I spoke to on the phone was an Asian man who was super nice and friendly. When we met in-person, he also helped me decide which size font would be best for our shirts. We have since work and washed our t-shirts and they still look as good as new. What can I say? I really hate this place -- horrible customer service & rarely get their orders finished on time! I started coming here when this place first started making Greek letters and they argued with us that the "mini" sized letters were the standard sized ones -_- Every time I got letters done or anything embroidered, they were almost always a defect to it whether it was uneven, crooked, ripped -- their quality of work was horrible and there was always a complaint after every pick up. They would either have to re-do the entire order or we just had to accept their piece of shit work. Anyways, after we started coming here, it seems as if word spread and the whole greek community started bringing their ish here and because of that they finally updated their equipment. After updating their machinery, it seemed as if their work had improved significantly. Unfortunately, that only lasted for so long. I find that their work is rather inconsistent and still filled with defects. I don't find their prices particularly cheap so I do expect almost perfection when I pick up my order. I think I've spent over 2 grand here but have never been 100% satisfied with my orders. The only reason why I come here is because it's close to my area and convenient for me. The only thing I would probably get done here is their screen printing. $6 for Greek letters and $7 bucks for regular words. TIPS: If you buy shirts, sweaters, line jackets here..make sure to inspect EVERY inch of it because many times there are defects on the clothing like small rips or holes in random places..(check the pit area too). I also found out that they ONLY do store credit if you cancel an order that you paid for even after 30 minutes of placing the order! I would suggest never paying the full amount and only partial amount when you place your order (they do allow you to do that) and then pay the rest when you pick up your order. Also, as if it doesn't get any worse, sometimes the managers ditzy wife is there who knows absolutely NOTHING & also bring their barbarian children in the store who are almost always screaming, crying, yelling, and running around like maniacs. read more

It's going to be a 4 for now since I haven't gotten my shirts yet but they've been amazing with working with my design for tank tops! I had to have thirteen(strange number I know) tank tops printed for a group, and there was a front and back design. This place was able to provide the tanks (3.99) and print the design with 2 colors - all for 13.50 (with tax about 14.75 per shirt). They're getting the tanks to me by this Thursday so about 1 week turnover isn't bad. ALSO it's cheap. I've been searching for places that can fit my budget and this is the only place that was able to reach my under $15 budget per shirt. They need more good reviews. My sorority sister referred me to this place since she gets all of her letters done here so because of that, I trusted them. They did a pretty good job. The embroidery on the letters could have been done a little nicer. I don't know if it's the font I chose or that they needed to distort the text to fit but either way, the text looks distorted. ive previously been here to get letters done. it was my first time and was on a rush and needed them done quickly. there is plenty of cheap clothing that can be purchased for the letters to be embroidered on. it was done quickly and before i needed it and they were very understanding in aiding me to get the things i needed done at a good price. i overall recommend this place, as i have to many of my friends already, because they get it done quickly and are very well made. i had gotten 2 nike socks (brought them myself from another store) with very small letters embroidered on them, 1 crewneck, 1 nike basketball shorts (purchased outside of this store), and my friend has gotten a lettermans jacket, t-shirts, and even underwear embroidered with letters! the only possible con to this place is that they have a fewer selection of colors when it comes to some letter prints. but overall: RECOMMEND read more

this is my go-to place to get greek letters and embroidery done because 1. it's close to my home 2. the prices are cheaper than keda and greekbox and what-not and 3. they accept credit cards. another good thing about this place is that they sell a wide variety of clothes that you can get embroidered. sweaters, jackets, line jackets, crews, tanks, sweats, shorts, etc. they don't have american apparel jackets so if you want those, buy them elsewhere and bring it here the quality of the stuff here isn't as good as some other places, but it's cheaper. but if you think about it, the people who you give letters to are only going to wear the letters for so many years, so it doesn't have to be quality that lasts a lifetime anyways. the embroidery isn't bad either. what i usually do is buy the jackets/sweater/line jacket from the place, put greek letters on it ($25 i think), and put on a butt tag ($10 i think) and one or two other tags on either hood or sleeve ($5 i think). the total usually amounts to something around 60 dollars. not bad, in my opinion, compared to the 80-100 bucks that i hear other people spend on their letters. i think the average wait time for my things that i get done here is around 10 days. last thing, don't expect great customer service when you come, either. the guy here knows what he's doing, but he isn't too much help if you have no idea what you're doing. he also isn't the most courteous person i've met. read more

If I could give this place a big fat 0 I would... or even a negative number. The gentleman running this place knows nothing of customer service. In fact, has back tracked in progress! I went in on a Monday and wanted to have some embroidery done for ONE jacket. I was told it would take TWO weeks! The woman next to me had 30 shirts done and it would be done by the end of the week! I called in the next day telling the gentleman (and there is only one Asian man running the shop... the rest are women) I needed the shirt, at the latest, by the end of the week and he told me it would be possible to have it done. When I go to pick it up, I was told by the SAME gentleman that he never told me I could pick it up that day and that it was IMPOSSIBLE to get it done that soon. I had ONE ITEM with hardly anything needing to be done to it! Two weeks later, I pick the item up. When I got home, I was told the letter was wrong so I called to ask how much it would cost to embroider ONE number. The cost doubled! The cost jumped from $5 for three letters to $10 for one letter! The cost and time are subjective to whether or not this idiot likes you or thinks you will be coming back in with bulk orders! In addition to this B.S. he told me it would take a week to get done that ONE letter because he was too busy to take two minutes to embroider one letter. That is RIDICULOUS. There is no equality or fairness at all. I am spreading the word and NEVER returning to this place again! read more

Been coming here for 6-7 years for embroidery (both letters and company uniforms), custom printings (mother's day gifts), and bulk purchases. The owner Richard is a very gentle and attentive guy who knows what he is doing. This place is terrible as far as communication goes. I asked the owner prior to the print job if the shrinking of the shirt post-wash would be enough to cause the print to curl, like bacon. He assured me that it would not. But sure enough, the print curled. Ironing would not fix it. I went back to confront him and request a reprint, as they don't offer refunds, but the owner tried to wiggle out of his lie (his English is incredibly difficult to understand) and refused, saying that the same would happen even if I washed the shirt before printing. At this point, I had no reason to believe him but I reasoned that I did not want someone this untrustworthy redoing the job for me. Had he not lied to me/misled me, I would not have paid for the job and I would still have my money. This place is awful and the owner is worthless. If you just need plain clothing, this place is ok. But don't expect to get any quality work or honesty out of these liars. read more
