So im sitting here wondering why cant she just add more color in my hair. She tells me she could only do one color. My hair was healthy before coming back here. She puts bleach in my hair one time and she said she couldnt get the color that she put in out. So that the only thing she can do is put my natural color in and wait for the blue to come out on its own!!. In the mean time while sitting with the bleach in, another girl was in there trying to get purple put in. Her hair starts smoking and falling out. Which was so scary. But the girl didnt tell her that she boxed colored her hair 6 months ago. Thats besides the point she should have asked. She died my hair one solid brown color which I didnt like at all. She didnt style it or anything and charged me $185.00 which I paid. I left the salon and went somewhere else and my hair was falling out. The salon I went to said my hair was fried and they had to cut 8 inches off along with a color correction because she damaged it so badly. I messaged skyler explaining to her what happened and she didnt even apologize for what she did. I asked her for a refund which she did give me. Ive had to pay over $600 to get it fixed. I been doing everything i can to get my hair to grow out and skyler new I was also getting married in December. Now do to her negligence my hair will not be long for my wedding. I went into her salon with a letter explaining the situation. The other salon had recommended extentions. I walked into her salon being respectful because there were people in there. I gave her the papers and explained again letting her know that I would like her to put extensions in. I was very quit because i didnt want to make a scene. She then loud caps me where everyone in her salon can here us speaking. And says you want me to do these extensions for free?? I said yes because YOU damaged it. She says my lawyer will get with you have a nice day. Ive never had this experience before with any professional salon but this is unprofessional.
