I gave them the same order and they gave me a delivery date. I was skeptical after my last experiences. I got a call from Pat's when the doors arrived on time. Went to pick them up and they were beautiful. No footprints, no beat up edges, simply a beautiful set of doors. Pat's team loaded me up, end of story! The best part of this is that the doors were actually less expensive coming from Pat's than HD, Lowe's and everyone else. Great service, pricing and quality! Thanks again to everyone at Pat's Doors! Once again, a great experience buying furniture from TEMA. We've made four visits this week in…read moreorder to refurnish our front room with a reading chair/ottoman, loveseat and area rug, and Robert Chávez made sure the entire thing was actually a fun experience. The store has a pretty wide selection of better-quality furniture at reasonable prices. They don't have any schlocky merchandise here, but you might be surprised at some of the values you'll find. Definitely worth checking TEMA for items you need before making a purchase at a store that features lower quality items at lower prices - again, you might be surprised that you can find a solid item from a quality brand at similar pricing at TEMA. (That's generally been our experience.) Robert took all the time we needed over our visits, making us feel like we were in the company of a friendly and caring relative who happened to be a brilliant interior designer. David in the back office was happy to answer questions and to make sure everything went smoothly with what is a pretty substantial purchase that we hope will last us the rest of our lives. The result is that we are about to have (not everything is delivered yet) a room that looks better than we ever thought possible - thanks, gents! Note that TEMA is getting out of the outdoor furniture business, so they have some pretty amazing deals over in that section right now. I've resisted so far (we just dropped a chunk of change), but . . . some of those prices are kind of impossible to beat.

We placed an order for a leather chair, ottoman and leather sofa in May, 2026 . A few weeks after…read morewe were informed that the company making the furniture, Palliser, had changed ownership to the sons of the owner and that our chair ottoman would not be coming, but they expected the sofa to be in production. It is now September and we have heard nothing... no status updates. I called a week ago and spoke to a "manager", Samantha, who told us she would look into our order and call with an update by the end of the week. We never received a call. Today, Saturday, I called and was transferred to David who "is in charge today". David informed me that Palliser informed them THIS morning, Saturday, that it is unlikely that they "would ever see the sofa". It is implausible that Tema found out this morning as clearly Samantha knew this last week but didn't want to have that conversation. The situation with Palliser is well known as it is in the news, online and apparently other furniture stores in ABQ. knew about this. Frankly, I am totally shocked that Tema, who we thought was a reputable company has acted in this way. They've held onto a considerable sum of my funds without having the decency to contact me directly. When the chair and ottoman were canceled, I found excellent customer service at Arizona Leather. Tema has lost a customer. There is no excuse for this low level of service combined with a clear lie.

I looked around for a few minutes and found my pieces. The price was right as they were on sale. So, I purchased them. I was happy to own these beautiful works of art, but my experience with the woman who condescended me left a bad taste in my experience there. She treated me with no more respect than as though I were an ignorant gorilla seeking to purchase something that was above my unrefined, know-nothing inabilities. All I wanted to do was make my purchase and leave quickly, as her contempt towards me for my not having a doctorate in contemporary fine art was palpable. To the very end, she disregarded my concern about wrapping the one-thousand-fourteen-hundred-dollar paintings, dismissing my inquiry because they were sale items. I will never walk into a Weems Gallery again: Precisely because of her.
