Somehow, they have managed to have several negative reviews removed regarding this. 1. State mandate allows for disabilities exemption RE face covering 2. They refuse to follow it. They are a place of public accommodation that refuses to accommodate disabilities, even when offered documentation (VA and civilian). Surely some lawyer will jump on this and sue IAW the ADA. read more

The Pure Vanilla Drops sold here are really a treat, and are very reasonably priced. Jason, the proprietor, was exceptionally friendly and eager to help, and didn't even make fun of my thick Okie/Arkie accent. Loved the warm, inviting, late Victorian ambience of the place -- exposed brick walls, Persian-style rugs, and lots of wood. Nice. We have medical marijuana here in Oklahoma, so it's nice to visit my friend Carol in Durango without having to fish around for my med card. Huge thumbs up! read more

Avoid this place. Some millennial waited on me and had no idea what the shop is about. I told him I needed an oil cartridge for a vape pen and even showed him a picture of a cartridge. He pulled out a box and said that's what I needed. Since I was purchasing for a friend, I really didn't know if he was right or wrong so I bought it. Sure enough, he sold me cannabis oil in some kind of plastic container and my friend has no idea what to do with it, since there doesn't seem to be a way to get the oil out. And the Wonderleaf company website has no directions for using their oil. My friend knows it would be useless to try to call this shop for help. If the clueless 20-year-old had known his stuff, he would have sold me an oil cartridge. Since I was just visiting, I didn't know about any other shops in the area. There are bound to be better ones - don't waste your time with this place. read more

Amazing place! My wife and I came to durango to get married and stopped in here. I feel terrible for not remembering his name, but the guy who checked us out was extremely helpful. He explained uses for certain items we weren't familiar with and hooked us up with a discount as well! His co worker also was great, explaining the strains, his favorites, and why. I actually really love this place! The caviar joints are bomb! Also Monkey business is really nice too. They have pre-rolls that are with shake and pure herb for a bit extra if you want the extra potency. Jason the owner is awesome and his employees do a great job at helping me with what I'm looking for. If your buying for someone else I wouldn't be too discouraged if the bud tender gives you the wrong thing....There's really no better way to get what you want than to just go in yourself. Colorado Grow also is really good about being apart of all the local events that go on in some way or the other. More so than any dispensary I've been to! read more

I just had (2/28/18 10 AM) the rudest service I have had in any weed shop. And I've been to a lot, and have spent a fair amount at Colorado Grow. No more. The youngish women at the counter literally tossed my purchase at me. No thank you, no nothing. Just bad attitude. She shouldn't be working at any retail or service business, in my opinion. Went here a couple of weeks ago , very few selections , don't even know if they had any edibles, staff was typical durango space cadet kids not a lot of knowledge and a bunch of pretentious attitude.you get what you pay for. Kind of no customer service , or perhaps it was some kind of free form capitalism , overpriced , pretentious , and you gotta climb up about a million steps . Leave this place for the tourists, avoid the hassle too of parking downtown. read more
