We were in need of some good relaxation after a weekend of backpacking Ice Lake and came across this beautiful, cozy dispensary inside a charming old house. The lovely girl working on July 5th (I wish I had gotten her name!) was incredibly friendly and shared some of the history of the house, which made our visit even more memorable. We absolutely loved the atmosphere and the outstanding customer service. Before we left, we asked if she could recommend a local place to eat, and she suggested Oscar's, which turned out to be absolutely delicious! Not only did we discover an amazing dispensary, but we also found a fantastic local food spot thanks to her recommendation. Thank you for making our experience so enjoyable. Sold me $600 worth of grease monkey 710 live rosin stating online and in person the hash was teir 1(best teir) when it was teir 4(worst teir). Spoke with Ken (manager) who admitted to the mistake and said he would rectify the situation as the mistake was obviously on rocky mountain high's end. He has since ignored me. If you want to be sold the lowest teir hash at the highest teir's price and then be lied to, this is definitely your place! read more

Had a blast--I've never been to a dispensary but the place was not at all what I expected. It was a renovated house I believe (or made to look just like one) -it was very warm and welcoming with a fireplace, and a lot of wood and stonework (so a very natural feel) the staff was kind and knowledgeable. They had a wide base of products for both recreational and more medical use. Everything from gummies, mints, and chocolate bars, to cookies and several other desserts. I'd definitely go back to take friends if I lived here. And now that I have family here I just may. It was really fun to see and experience! read more

The manager is rude and has no customer service skills. They won't allow you in the store because of COVID so you place your order outside and have to wait to be called in to pay. I went in to pay and was being sold something completely different than I requested. There prices are higher than all the other dispensaries in town. Trust me when I say go somewhere else read more

Went there late at night before closing. Buds not too bad, didn't have pipes, got a late hour "discount". Of all the buds we got in Durango this was the best quality but that's not saying much because the scene in Durango is just sad. Go to Vegas instead if you can. read more

I would agree with the other reviewer that it can be sometimes awkward, but it really depends on the budtender and you are rarely going to see the same person twice. Good shop for locals and tourists. Pros: One of the cheapest in Durango Consistently have at least several strains in stock ( a problem sometimes in Durango) Good location with easy parking, two counter quick in and out Does not take or scan your drivers license. (Animas Herbal scans, Sante takes and scans) Consistent product Cons: When they first opened they really had their act together, tons of weed, price lists, info cards....it was unlike any other dispensary in Durango, it was run like a BUSINESS. It has fallen a little, but still has a good selection 90% of the time and is cheap. Not local (out of Denver) but I suppose that is why they have a good selection. read more

Heard great things about this spot. I was super excited to try there premium ozs, so off I went to durango. The day I chose to go by there was a blizzard. By the time I arrived they had still not cleared there drive way. There was around 1 foot of snow build up in the parking spots so in parked against to the parking spots that were not accessible and out of the way of the entrance. The second I got into the store I was immediately stop and told to move my car as I was blocking there customers into there complty empty parking lot and the refused to serve me tell i parked in one of the spot with a foot of snow in a fwd sedan that barley made it to there shop. Lucky prohibition was still open and actually cleared there parking lot so my 4 hour drive wasn't a complete waste. If you want people to park correctly clear out your lot. read more

This dispensary has the best energy in town with a fantastic selection and even better customer service. The building itself gives off high yet cozy vibrations with its cabin-like feel and crystal accents throughout. I absolutely l love the mantle and fireplace with the magical stones harvested from nearby locations. I was helped by Ken and was super pleased with his guidance in picking the strains I was looking for that were within my budget. He even stepped outside to say hello to my dogs who were waiting in the car afterwards. 10/10 would recommend. read more
