I came on a Thursday afternoon at 1:40 ish and there wasn't a line and the drinks came out pretty quickly too. We got the moonbird and the seasonal key lime pie matcha with oat milk which were both amazing! The key lime whip had a pleasant tanginess that complimented the rest of the drink well. The moonbird was a solid matcha latte with fresh mint on top that they grow themselves. After trying our drinks, I knew we had to go right back for more! I also got the other seasonal drink (the cure) but got it with matcha instead of cold brew. The cream top had a light and fruity taste (fresh peach, cardamom, vanilla bean) which was nice. I also got another moonbird matcha so I could bring it for my friend to try. Candice was so sweet! Love the creativity and the care that was put into making these awesome drinks! I couldn't taste the flavor of the hibiscus and the drink was not sweeten, mostly tasted like sparkling water. Overall, it was okay but I'd like to try it again. Staff was nice and the shop was cool. I showed up and only two groups of 3 in front of me. Which is cool, should be quick. NOPE! The owners had some twat with a camera filming the business, the line and coffee being made. The first group in front of me literally took over 10 minutes to order because the guy taking orders was telling customers to "curate their own experience" and choose the music being played. I also hear the owner ask the people in line if the song they chose had a lot of "fucks" & "bitches". Real professional. So I wait 5 minutes for the people on front of me to choose music and then 5 minutes for them all to exchange socials and then another few minutes to order. The next group goes to order and again the same bullshit. I was in line for 25 minutes. Saw only 3 people get served and I left. What a shitty business. I was a loyal customer and I will never be back. Awful business model by the owners. They should be building a loyal & local customer base. Instead they're trying to do some stupid social media bullshit. One day the fake social media people will find another "trendy" place to go to and Cafe Stai Manso won't have any actual customer base to rely on because they will alienate anybody there for actual coffee, which is there business. They'll be out of business in a year. I'd bet my house on it.
