He assumed it was a fake , because my hairstyle is different. He was upset because I downgraded my order of hemp wraps because he denied my friend service because she is 20. Although she has bought hemp wraps here before . This smoke shop does not ID consistently and it's need to be within the ownership to come to an understanding that if we have receipts from your establishment that we bought HEMP WRAPS , which is not a tobacco product . You cannot deny service. We have receipts . I did the right thing as a responsible citizen of this country not to buy her products even though she has bought hemp wraps here before (which is a non tobacco product). I only tried to buy items I needed because this smoke shop was the only one . Very sad. I was denied service or as he said "voided sale " . Because he is a certified ID checker and assumed it was fake . So yes they sell to minors . Yes if you're black and decide to show up when he's here and your appearance is different , he will deny service .

The guy behind the counter was friendly and inviting. The entire time i was there he answered all my questions, informed me of sales the shop was running, and allowed me to handle many of the pieces i was curious about. Another sales associate was on her break but happily came out to assist me when her college had a little trouble answering my question. I went in not expecting to make a purchase but thanks to the warm and friendly staff and the diverse and affordable selection i walked out with some amazing pieces. The owner was there and she insisted that she was not the manager after the employee told me she was. The employee exchanged the pen for me and I placed the pen on the charger for a full day to ensure it worked but now the cartridge does not fit. I returned to the establishment 8/3 to express my concern and I was informed that there was nothing they can do but try to sell me another item. I literally had to hold the cartridge in order to use it. Why would I spend more money? It has been exactly one week and I have had nothing but problems. First time ever purchasing a vape pen and never will purchase one from here again.
