I go into this store trying to buy a certain item and another customer looked interested so I told him how great they were while waiting for the owner to finish at check out. What a super cute little store. I was expecting to walk into a nasty head shop that smelled horrible , had grotesque things for sell and was full of snot nosed kids making jokes. Instead I was greeted by the smell of wonderful incense, by the sound of relaxing music and the smiles on the men behind the counters. They were both really helpful and friendly. They made recommendations and explained subtle things that I didn't understand. I enjoyed their selection of things and was surprised to find they had a really nice selection of some of my favorite shishas. I'm rating this almost purely on service. I went to both the Montrose and this location - it is family run, and I talked to brothers at both locations. They were helpful, honest, and patient. I was in the market for a hookah and had a ton of questions that were all answered. I didn't even buy anything! I bought two E-go e-cigs from Smoke n Toke at I-10 and Wilcrest. Both of them cracked in less than four weeks. I went to Smoke Dreamz yesterday to replace the top pieces and it quickly became clear that staff at Smoke n Toke were not very knowledgeable about e-cigs. Even worse it became obvious that they ripped me off. Smoke n Toke sold me what they claimed were E-go e-cigs. But instead they were cheap knock offs - they didn't even have the E-go logo on anything. Luckily a friend recommended Smoke Dreamz and the couple who helped me gave me full instructions on how to use my REAL E-go e-cig and how to tell the difference between E-go brands and imitations. They even showed me that the e-cigs from Smoke N Toke were considered disposable because the wicks were not replaceable. (Another fact I didn't know.) They very nice as well. I was coughing a little because my throat was scratchy and one of the ladies was kind enough to get me a glass of water. I definitely recommend Smoke Dreamz and I will definitely be visiting Smoke Dreamz again. read more

I was curious about e-cigs so i checked out smoke dreams. The salespeople were extremely helpful. They helped me pick out an e-cig, explained how to use it, and recommended brands and supplies. The salesperson told me that if i used the e-cig for one week, and then, tried a regular cigarette that I would no longer like regular cigarettes. Big claim since I have been a 2 pack smoker for over 20 years. As doubtful as I was I must say they were 100% right. I just smoked a regular cig and hated it. I cannont thank Smoke Dreamz enough. Wow, this place has an amazing selection. You name it they have it. They also have amazing customer service as well, those working there are very knowledgeable and very very friendly, but they are in the business of making money and sometimes that includes ripping off people. Yikes! I asked one of the guys working there how much a Da Bhudda Vaporizer would be, he said $229, just for comparison, the retail price is 159.99 for the silver and 179.99 for the black. I could understand a $10-20 markup for convenience but $50- $70 is a plain rip-off. Thank god I did my research and looked at prices, there was a poor uneducated soul who did end up making the purchase while I was at the store and was ripped off to oblivion. Though in all fairness, pretty much every smoke shop does this practice so be sure to haggle with the gypsies that work there. read more

Great store all around, they have very nice pieces and all the gadgets, vapes, and accessories you can want prices aren't too shabby either. I wanted to buy a micro g pen yet did not want to have to go online and have to wait on shipping so after shopping around found that smoke dreamz had the best price. I called up the location and confirmed they had one in stock but when I showed up sadly they did not, so the clerk called another location and asked if they had one in stock and they did. So a quick drive down 59 and they have one waiting for me along with a free "ceramic tank" which they sell for $20 a pop. So all in all very happy read more

No matter what walk of life you are these people will definitely make time to talk to you. They answer all of your questions the best way that they can and if they don't know they will try to figure it out for you. Anytime I have not been able to understand something I buy they ask me to bring it back in and they will explain it. This is a great company and it is the ONLY company I buy incense, papers, etc from. The store is set up very nicely and everything is easy to find. The staff is friendly, and they've definitely got a warm family like vibe. But I'm giving a low review because I feel like I've been scammed. The two times I've been to this location the employees were sure to ask me, "What's your price range?" Alone, this isn't that unusual. But then I noticed they keep the price tags on everything hidden. You'll NEED to ask to check their items out just to get close. Even then, the grinder I was looking at I couldn't touch. The employee showed it to me and made sure not to show me the bottom. Where the sticker was. When he rang me up for the grinder, I noticed their cash register was the kind where you can just punch in any price. I can't believe I was about to spend $40 on such a small grinder. But it's okay. Because the guy assured me, "These are really high quality." That was me being sarcastic, by the way. The quality of the grinder was alright though, however for the price I know I could've bought a bigger one elsewhere. The icing on the cake was while bagging it, he removed the price tag so now I'll never know what the actual price was suppose to be. I would guess around 25-30. But I was already in a pinch for time, and had to get this for a late Christmas gift. The bottom line is, this place was just too scammy for me to return there. I was recently in Smoke Dreamz and have not been more satisfied with the friendliness, patience,knowledge and willingness to help from any other staff I have run across. Jason was there and taught me how to use the product that I purchased and when I was unsure about the results he reached out to me and explained the reason behind the results. I then went in 2 days after and met other employees which I believe were family members to Jason. They were as friendly and also seemed to be as knowledgeable.
