Finally got through to someone and was told that they had canceled my appointment without my knowledge because the esthetician had COVID LOL. So I talked to the manger she apologized abs rescheduled me and told me that they would get me in and comp my facial for the inconvenience. Then they just called me one week before my comped appt is supposed to be and she tells me that the OWNER is only willing to give me 20% off now. They royally messed up my whole day and then promised to fix it and then took back their word. Absolutely horrible establishment. My mother and sister and a few of my friends I had recommended them to go there and they have.
