I paid an additional $80.00 service fee to have my new wireless printer set up. They couldn't make it work twice and I asked for my $80.00 returned and they refused. This wireless connection just stumped them and my guy fixed it within 5 minutes. They told me my computer speakers were broken and there was NOTHING wrong until they entered my computer. They were fixed by my new computer guy who only had to get the computer fixed and then my speakers were suddenly back to normal. Avoid this company. I wish I had gone somewhere else.
