While it is a Buddhist meditation…read morecenter,(so you are kindly asked to leave footwear on shelves upon entering,as should be expected) all faiths & philosophies are welcome because many of the learning experiences they offer rarely if ever mention the Buddha, or Dharma, they just effectively employ the principles of the teachings/lessons and most of all meditation techniques that people of any "faith" or lack there of could be helped by. It is mostly presented by a monk or nun sometimes it is just a wonderful teacher. Very Western friendly. They also sell fantastic books, mandala and other incredible items at a fair price. This is such a neat store -- crystals, candles, jewelry, incense, stones, oils, herbs, tarot cards,…read moreetc. All sorts of "new age" items that smell wonderful and are pretty to look at. Even if you're not into spiritualism or healing crystals or anything metaphysical, this is a lovely place to find a gift -- maybe one for yourself, too. There are books as well. We enjoyed looking at everything. Tina, the co-owner, told us all about the store and showed us around. She even showed us their reiki area. I wasn't familiar with this "healing therapy" so was fascinated by the sounds of the crystal bowls and gongs, etc. that are used. I could easily see trying this some time as a relaxing way to relieve stress. I've probably left some things off that they have -- it's a small space artfully arranged, but with a lot of inventory. I've already told some friends who live in the area that they should stop by to check it out. (Note I think they take vacation mid to end of February, so you might want to call first). And I know I'll stop back when next in the area.

The studio is clean and calming and I always feel so much better when I leave than when I came. Post pandemic they have reopened with new safety measures in place. It's a wonderful place to let your worries rest awhile and give your body and mind a good stretch! Would highly recommend for any age and any skill level.
