I arranged a consultation over the phone 2 weeks ago and was looking forward to attending this appointment today. just a few hours before leaving for my visit, I got a call from the receptionist saying if I didn't pre-pay my consultation visit within one hour they would have to cancel my visit. For a $50 fee that was never mentioned and would have been no problem if handled properly, this company lost hundreds if not thousands of dollars. So unprofessional. I had done a lot of research on med spas in the area and felt like Azul and Dr. Flaherty was a good fit. He had also come highly recommended by a good friend and neighbor who had been going to Azul for over 10 years for treatment. During the consultation, Dr. Flaherty showed me what he could do to make my eyes brighter, and give my face and neck a more youthful appearance. My husband was in awe! He is a really hard sell and he felt very comfortable with Dr. Flaherty and the entire staff at Azul within minutes. My husband told me to told me to go for it and I am so happy I did!! I have had neighbors tell me that I look so rested and refreshed and I look at least 20 years younger than my 69 years. Boy, is that great to hear, and they still don't know that I had a facelift!! One neighbor last night told me I looked great and asked me what had on my face....I told her I had new makeup!! The results are so good that my granddaughter asked me if I had a filter on my phone when I called her on Thanksgiving. She asked because she said I look so "glowy"! The girl would come back to check on me from time to time and dried my feet after it was over. She explained the final color of my foot bath and what potentially could be the cause. Then offered suggestions on how to cleanse on my own in addition to suggestion regularly doing foot detox baths. The front retail/check out area was very cute and homey.
