On Yelp there were many bakeries but liked that this location was on my way to the celebration. Walking in you are greeted with this cute fun decor with a setting to take selfies. They offer cute fun balloons that you can add to your order. I shopped online and called the store with my order. What I can say about their cupcakes is that the cake has this fine light texture and flavor. The red velvet was my favorite and will be back for another 1/2 dozen or more. Turns out that Smallcakes cupcakes were my son's family favorite so winner winner when I showed up with them at our celebration. Also, they offer empanadas which is kind of a weird combination but they looked great and will be back when I need to bring a dish to a family gathering. When I come in the employee runs to the back, and another is doing some mixing up front. I give it a minute cause they seem busy still doing prep. The girl who had unlocked the door came back up and asked if I had a question, I let her know I had a pick up ... she goes back and I can see she had just now noticed the order on the screen. So she works on pulling it together; comes back to let me know the brownie ... the one item with an upcharge on my order ... they don't currently have so I need to pick something else. Which is fine, I can let the up-charge slide this time. Meanwhile a mom with two kids come in. The other employee, while busy, never says a word despite the mom with kids waiting while the other employee gets my order. I give a lot of credit, they must have been running behind, possibly the closing crew didn't do something .... But the whole thing felt stand offish and the mom gave me the impression that if she didn't have the kids with her she would have taken off & come back later ... and I would have done the same if I didn't already order for pick up at a certain time.

The corporate staff supporting the opening, ran it smoothly, providing placards to those who stood, securing your spot upon arrival, with me earning spot number 27, I had an excellent time waiting outside for 11AM to come around and was able to get some work done. This is a great location to have the shop, it's next to a Lowe's however, there's ample parking because they're the sole business in the plaza currently. The staff is still learning, however, they were kind, courteous, and fast, despite the fact that this is the very first day in business. The menu is large, a lot of the flavors I grew up, eating at their inaugural. locations are had here such as Buckeye and Graham Central Station. It's even better to know that all the flavors are homemade, with the massive variety of 30+ they had today. The shop is fun, super clean, and high energy with some music playing, and lots of people working to get orders out. On this day, I chose to enjoy the pineapple upside down cake a flavor I've actually never had, and I 100% enjoyed. This is a pineapple cake batter flavor with maraschino cherries throughout it, and I think it may have some coconut in there too? I love ice cream because it's a fun way to have so many different dessert, desserts, and one, and they did a stellar job of converting the gooey fruity cake. We all know into a frozen delicacy.
