Additionally, the last few times I've been the tables are dirty and last night upon entering, it looked like someone had thrown up or dropped and crushed everything that they ate right outside the front door. When you walk in there are usually 2 to 3 employees just sitting chatting doing nothing except checking you out. When you check out there's always the option to tip which I don't quite understand. They have not cleaned the table, cleaned up outside, said hello, welcome you to their business or prepped your food in anyway shape or form. I do understand that they've set up the place for us to serve ourselves, but that is part of their job. I do wish that the tables would be cleaned more often and the mess outside the front door would be cleaned up. With all that being said, last night there were the most people I've ever seen inside. I will definitely be back, but I will probably take my food to go.

I have bought pints of butter pecan that was either almost all pecans, almost all custard and 3 pecans in the entire pint. Then pints that had melted and refrozen. This last visit, instead of the fully packed pint, it had a large scooped dent in it. Now, in spite of issues this location has always promptly replaced pints with issues. It happens, but this last visit, even the new replacement pint had a spoon-sized dent in it. Out of the dozens of pints we have purchased, we have NEVER observed this. It's becoming concerning that someone is currently helping themselves to the products. So I will be going to a different Andy's.
