Found a bag with no price. Hoped it was a deal. Asked if she knew the price. She huffed and said she would have to look it up. Waited patiently for price. She maintained conversations with others in the store,no problem of course, but thought it was odd that I wasn't even greeted. While waiting for the price, she helped someone else. She found the price of $36 which was ok but wasn't in love with it. I said, thanks have a nice day. No thanks for coming in, no goodbye. Don't understand the rudeness and snobbery. Will NEVER go there again.

Outfits for every season and occasion, hats (oh, the hats...)... so many lovely and beautiful, fun, and (it pains me to say this) somewhat unnecessary things. I really hate to have prices highly influence my reviews, but in this economy especially, no one has superfluous funds to be spending, for example, $30 on a (albeit... ADORABLE!) crochet hat, for an infant. Or $75 on a knitted/crochet sweater. I love the things in this shop, and if I had a money tree in my backyard, I would shop here daily. But as a new Mom myself, I know how fast our little divas grow out of everything, but how fun it is to shop for special little treats in cool places like this. Great fun for a baby-splurge shopping outing, or for a fun look around. (Torture for me, I want everything!) I think there's definitely some room to lower their overall price point. The service at Ports & Company is amazing…read more I'd been searching for a dress for a February wedding, and Ports & Company was the 10th store I'd tried. I wish I'd thought of them sooner. Not only did the staff at the store help me find a beautiful dress, but the dress was also on sale! Ports & Company is also a supporter of the National Multiple Sclerosis Society, Greater New England Chapter. They provide the clothing to the models in the "Fashion Plates" fashion show and fundraiser.
