When checking in the staff were pleasant and friendly.
However the nights sleep was possibly the worst I've ever had. I was given room 104. Which is directly underneath receptions hard wooden floor. After complaining 4 times in the night that I had been woken up by multiple guests banging/stamping and doing what sounded like rearranging their rooms furniture I gave up. The gent on the night shift could of be found snoring away on a sofa in reception and seemed annoyed to be asked for help. I was promptly woken at 8 after finally falling asleep about half 4 by the cleaners dragging their vacuums above my head. I currently lay in my room thinking I'd have had a better nights sleep if I had just stayed on the back of a 24 hour bus service.
Also had lights spots of mold / damp in the bathroom.
Won't stay again. read more
