I had used another space, but my conference calls were a distraction for other people; Paradigm offers lots of little nooks and crannies to hide away in, and sound is muffled. The management is AMAZING! The owner is on-site everyday, and she is really trying to build a community, not just a library. Coffee is on-site, as well as snacks and sodas; it's a great way to feel connected to other office workers, while maintaining the independence of remote work. Only two downsides, and both of them are consequences of location; it's great to have a space like this well outside the city of Atlanta, but Internet accessibility is limited. Speeds are good, but not great. Additionally, the building itself is about 2 miles from the Interstate, so traffic can sometimes be an issue. Overall though, I'm VERY satisfied with Paradigm.

The janitor also is very lax and doesn't take out everyone's trash each night. Instead of addressing that issue property management simply returns the trash cans to people's offices. Additionally there are hidden fees that you aren't aware of until you end your lease. Definitely not worth the price for the poor level of general service and amenities they offer.

This location has more natural light than the other locations that I have been to which is nice. The layout is also a lot different. The coffee station is near the entrance. The location is super convenient and it's always a chill vibe. Membership of $100/mo. provides unlimited access to any of the Switchyards locations nationwide. You also have access to coffee, tea, and stroopwafels. I have zero complaints and highly recommend Switchyards!
