However, I want to compliment this office in general. The front office is well staffed. Always friendly and ready to help with appointments, billings and the occasional patient scheduling conflict. The techs are very nice and more than competent. I have never had an experience with the techs that was anything less than great. They seem really well trained and very attentive. I believe my experiences with this dental office is due to the leadership of Doctor Lopez. You won't find a more amiable person in the dental care industry. In addition, he really knows his stuff. I can not remember a time when there was any discomfort when he was working on me either. I have had a wide variety of procedures as well. A bridge, pullings and caps. It just seems like he does everything well. All in all I can not recommend Fulton Dental Health Associates enough!

I said "well maybe you should sell the shampoo you want your clients to use". I didn't say it meanly. I wash my hair 2 x a week. Ann was very passive aggressive toward me. I left in tears beca she refused to do anything for me and that includes listening. Every time I started to say something she wouldn't let me finish my thought process or sentence. nobody should feel they way i felt when i left there. I can only assume she was out of her depth of her profession and just didn't want to be bothered by me.

Knowing I had a sore shoulder and back, she put me on moist heat while she worked out the pain in my legs and feet. I have some chronic shoulder, hip, and neck issues due to past sports' injuries and I get deep tissue massage where I live at my doctor's office. Jess is hands down as good as they are at really intuiting which muscles need which type of pressure and care. She did some cranial-sacral and reflexology work on me as well, which was much appreciated and needed. Her specialties are Swedish, Deep Tissue/Sports, Hot Stone, Pregnancy Massages as well as Reflexology. When I'm in the area, an overall tune up from Jess will be a definite ritual.

He understood my concerns about the cost of contacts, and took that into consideration when giving me a free pair to try out over the next week. He told me to call the office back to tell him if I liked them and wanted to order a full set or try something else. He even offered to help me with a rebate to make the contacts more affordable. As a New Patient several months ago,I was treated with respect and with the best care any new patient could ask for. I saw Dr. James Forte. He is excellent and does not rush you during your exam. It is a very friendly office with "all the staff" caring about your well being. My exam was explained to me and any testing was discussed before doing any of them. As a New Patient it entails more than just a "simple eye exam" Being a new patient they need a baseline to your eye health incase there is a concern found.
