A mostly sunny day motivated me to procure a 5.5 fluid ounce Coco-mango sunscreen mist with SPF 30 for $18.95 which I have obviously not tried just yet. Unfortunately, I didn't take any indoor photographs to post as I was the sole customer, and I would have probably felt awkward taking pics with the service attendant in full view. If you're into a variety of fun soaps as I am, although currently well-stocked, this is someplace you ought check out! As an aside, it takes a lot for me to rate someplace a 5 star, so it's not that the shop was at all deficient, just a bit small, powerfully scented, and moderately pricey, but this is, after all, a quite popular and delightful town and destination!

The first time, I got the rings that looked nothing like the ones on the display; they were square-ish in shape, not polished at all and felt awkward on the finger. (REALLY POOR JOB) The rings also didn't have a marking on them saying the karat weight. When I came to the store again, David King, who initially assisted me in ordering the rings, reordered the rings but when they came in, they were badly polished and still had no karat marking. I'm highly disappointed with my experience and poor customer service. I will not shop there again or recommend this store to anyone.

I suppose you have to realize that not all outlet malls contain outlet stores exclusively. You learn that the hard way if you venture outside of your general area. Off my soapbox now, let me tell you about my experience, which is a genuine one. Quite the shocker compared to the other reviews. The suitcase I had bought from a department store less than a year ago was already becoming tattered. I knew that Samsonite stores are usually found in a mall type setting. I made my way here and went inside. Upon entry, their sale was clearly posted as to what is being offered. Completely visible, completely aware. I was greeted and the sales were stated again. I went about looking at other options until I needed some assistance. I asked the employee, Laura, her opinion on the options, she really stepped up. She first pointed out what was on sale, and I already knew I wasn't going to be purchase that. We then moved onto the most popular, but this was also the most durable. I wanted hard shell, easy to move, and functional. She knew everything about the item, except for which color I would want. One of the biggest selling points about this was the fact that their warranty is top tier. Laura broke it down for me that no matter the damage, they would repair of at the worst, replace. All you have to do is make sure your item is registered and be able to get to a location for them to send it out to be fixed. With that, and the sale going on, I was sold. I got a new suitcase that is amazing and will last me for years. Great customer service, and I think they just found themselves a new lifetime customer.
