I was sobbing crying in the chair and when I got up to go pay I couldn't keep myself together. I was crying so hard. I could barely catch my breath, and when I asked to speak to a manager, I was told that the salon manager was not available and that the store manager was on a zoom call that they could not step away from and they promised me the manager would give me a call back and resolve this. The person cutting my hair was a master stylist, and I showed a very specific picture of what I wanted. I was trying to trust the process and it got ugly really quickly. I went from a young looking person with long curly hair to Lord Farquaad from Shrek. I specified how curly my hair was and that I needed a look that fit that. I booked to have an extra deep conditioning as well because my hair had not had a deep conditioning in quite a while. This person washed my hair and then just put basic conditioner on, rubbed it in a little bit and put me under a dryer for a few minutes. They had no clue that I even booked any of this. When my haircut was done, I definitely started crying because of how much of my hair was gone, but then there was a blow dryer on my hair when product had not even been properly applied. I also mentioned that I don't use much heat, but I do know that I need a diffuser and not a different type of blow dry. I then heard a statement, they said "I thought her hair would be a lot curlier." "I did not realize how much hair she had." it was very obvious to see from the very beginning how much hair I had and just how curly it was. Nobody has reached out to me from Ulta and this has been the experience from hell. I am mortified, I am traumatized and I really won't trust anybody with my hair ever again. The customer service also sucks.. I appreciate the two ladies that were there for me when I was sobbing my eyes out, but there was no follow-through, there were no apologies and there's no accountability.

    I waited nearly two weeks for Walgreens to fill my prescribed blood pressure medication with no…read morereal explanation for the delay. This medication is essential and time-sensitive, and going this long without it created a serious and unnecessary risk to my health. When I finally called to ask why it was still not filled, the interaction with the pharmacy became tense, and afterward they informed me they would not fill my medication at all. Refusing to dispense an essential medication after delaying it for this long is unsafe and unacceptable. At minimum, a pharmacy should transfer the prescription so the patient can obtain their medication somewhere else. That did not happen here. Patients who rely on critical medications should be aware of this experience. I will not be using this Walgreens pharmacy again.

I explained what happened, had the order on my phone and he said "we do not exchange or refund any orders made online" . I couldn't understand so I asked him again why is that and he said something with the system. Either way I did not appreciate his attitude towards me. It was rude and dismissive. I left because I do not have time to deal with rude management. I immediately called the 1800 number and complained. I just went on the website and confirmed what I was told on the phone "What is the Walgreens.com return policy? Eligible items purchased at Walgreens or on Walgreens.com may be returned or exchanged at any Walgreens store within 30 days of purchase date and must be accompanied by the original receipt or Order number. Your satisfaction is 100% guaranteed on all Walgreens brand products! If you are not completely satisfied, return the unused portion to a local Walgreens or Duane Reade store and we will refund the full price including shipping." Do your job if not find a job that does not deal with customers. Everyone has a bad day, but being disrespectful is never ok.
