We are first-time homeowners and discovered that the townhouse we moved into had all original equipment, with the HVAC system almost at the end of its life. We got many quotes and Puckett Heating & Air gave us truly competitive pricing. Before scheduling our appointment for the system swap, our A/C crapped out and Steven came out and discovered the problem quickly and helped us get back on. Even with everything working again, we knew it was a matter of time before the whole thing fully died, so we bit the bullet and scheduled our service appointment. Steven came with Scott and they worked very hard to finish our system. The whole thing took about 10 hours, likely due to the terrible original wiring (which we were informed about by another HVAC technician, who came in the winter when our heat was barely keeping our home in the mid-60s). I'm so thankful for the work they did and highly recommend their services. Apparently they also have expertise in water heaters, so we'll have them change out ours when the weather cools down (since they're booked all summer with HVAC-related stuff).

Personally, I utilize two cellular devices opposed to desktops and laptops as preferred remote access to workstations --one dedicated to work apps, cloud access, and secure authentication, and one for personal calls and messaging--reduces the urge to carry printed documents or multiple storage devices because everything you need can live in the work phone's cloud-synced apps and secure folders.

It's a very modern aesthetic and feels super clean with a ton of natural light through large, tall windows. It was quiet with only a few other coworkers there in the lobby. They also offer phone booths if you need to take a call, and meeting rooms for hourly rent if you are looking to host a meeting with a larger group. Every space is decorated beautifully and thoughtfully. They even have a kitchen area available for day pass guests and members to use and grab some coffee or a soft drink, or to have a quick snack. Instead, she is quick to add unnecessary fees--even in situations where the issue is clearly due to poor management on her end. It feels like she is more focused on charging tenants than actually fixing problems and caring about the tenant . To make matters worse, they escalate situations quickly and will send you to court with little to no effort to work things out. Overall, this has been a stressful and disappointing place to live. I would strongly recommend being cautious before signing a lease here.
