We were literally overwhelmed with so many vendors & their delicious samples. What a serendipitous find! Seriously, after two hours of walking around & tasting the samples offered, my belly was quite full. But we definitely wanted to spend some money with these vendors! As we'd planned to travel on a train the next day, we had to choose things that didn't need continuous refrigeration, &/or we could eat before we'd have a fridge again the following night. Smart choices or not, I enjoyed every single thing we bought. Supporting local while traveling is always rewarding, and having healthier snacks was a bonus (IG tags noted): - Wildflower honey in a squirt bear bottle from Martinez Apiaries @MartinezApiariesCo - Mixed berry honey from Honey Pacifica @HoneyPacifica - Loaded Hummus, Beetroot Taziki & Spinach Pita Bread from Natural Combo @NaturalCombo - Bag of plain bagel bites from Lox of Bagels in Torrance, CA - small block of FenuGreek cheese from Vintage Cheese Company @VintageCheeseConpany - Walnut honey butter from Avila & Sons Farms @AvilaAndSonsFarms Special shout out to The Crazy Cucumber for making me realize FRESH sweet pickles are actually amazing: @thecrazycucumber_west. Also, I bought a pair of blue stone stud earrings from @taifjewelry for $20. Very unique, and such a great price! And I don't want to omit tagging the Hollywood Farmers Market's IG too: @thehfm. We thoroughly enjoyed our visit here!

If and when I am awake…read moreearly, and want to go check out this wonderful, clean Farmers Market then I will do so. This past Sunday which I believe was the 29th of March, I went to check out and see what they had that was new. I got there around 11AM and the place was already super crowded. Keep in mind that they are only open on Sundays between the hours of 8AM to 1:30/2pm. Depending on the foot traffic. They have a lot of vendors that sell a good amount of everything. To name a few: They sell good and fresh fruits/vegetables, nuts, spices, candles, jewelry (mostly custom made), dried fruit, spreads, flowers of many kinds, pastries/breads of different kinds, hot and cold food/beverages, berries of every kind, all the way to a small play area where kids can ride a small train, jump in the bouncers, and have a carousel of cute pony rides. Just by looking at the smiles and the excitement on their faces, makes me want to get up on one of the pony's myself, and the man looked at me funny. They also do face painting and prices are not that cheap. Depending on what you get. Established in 1998. It really is a fun place to be on a Sunday morning/early afternoon. All vendors are super nice, friendly and they let you sample few things before buying it. I bought Sunflowers, some spices, berries, olive bread loaf, and couple of cookies. Also got 2 hummus spreads. Parking can be a bit challenging, I parked on the street. Whatever doesn't sell, vendors donate to the charities. Great deed. Don't waste FOOD!!

This market has pretty much everything you need an more when it comes to produce and prepared foods/goods that you can take home. Lots of options for food to eat then and there as well! As expected, the vibe here is pretty hustle and bustle with lots of food traffic coming through. I used to live in the area during the early 2010s and used to frequent this farmers market. If I recall correctly, it used to be able to fit in the parking lot of the Wells Fargo for the most part. I visited for the first time in years, recently and the market expands through a few blocks and lots. I enjoyed it before, but now they have a comparable selection of some other notable farmers markets around the city. With the expansions and heavier foot traffic, parking can get a little tough. I parked about three blocks away and it was a nice day have have a small walk anyway, but just know that you may have to search around.

Walked in at exactly 9am, and there was already a long line. They had a lot of food options to choose from along with lots of beautiful, real plants. They have over 30 vendors and some even let you try the food before buying them. Parking situation was a disaster, No parking and one of the streets near buy was closed. I had to circulate like 4 times, parked 2 blocks down and had to walk to the Market. I bought couple of scented candles, loaf of olive bread, 4 Croissants, dozen eggs, 4 beef Pupusas, fresh Sunflowers from their floral vendor, 2 regular size ground beef tacos with cheese and tomato from their taco stand, 2 Apricot preserves in a jar, got fresh berries. 5 Peaches, Strawberries, and blueberries, and one cup of decaf. Coffee to enjoy with my croissant. Place was clean, and dogs were very annoying being in the presence of food and people. They have dried fruit, nuts, few clothes, jewelry, and more.. A small pony ride with carousel in the back for kid's entertainment. Everything was overly priced and not worth paying the money for. You can get all that at your nearest grocery store for a lot more affordable prices. It was worth giving this place a try though.. I think I will stick to my Studio City Farmers market that is literally 5 minutes away from my house. They also don't have parking, but it is somewhat more manageable than this one was..Remaining food that doesn't sell, they make a donation to the nearest charities!

My husband and I recently moved to Burbank (from Sherman Oaks), and we previously frequented the farmers market in Studio City. We are big fans of leisurely weekend trips to a farmers market where we can sip a little hot coffee or tea as we peruse the various vendor stands. We were so glad to see that our favorite vendors (with ready made foods) from the other farmers market ,which occurs on Sundays, were all at BFM. We loaded up on our usual items, and tried a few new to us things as well. We do wish there was a vendor there with coffee or tea, but this is so close to downtown Burbank, where we popped in a local coffee shop and got our hot drinks to hold us over on our farmers market shopping trip. Now that we know this gem is here, we will surely be frequenting it. The Burbank Farmers Market is in a parking lot at Olive and Glenoaks on Saturday mornings 8-12. Shop local and small biz!

It's located on a parking lot near what I think is the downtown Burbank area. Despite the small footprint, it still has what you need with some produce vendors and other vendors of various goods. Including prepared foods. Also, to be fair, it was crazy windy that day and it was only my first time coming. So it's possible that there's more vendors usually. The wind actually ruined some vendor's tent that particular day so it could've caused a few others to close down early. A couple of friends in mind stopped by to grab a few things for a little bit together later that day. Luckily, it was a quick in and out and we found some really good parking.
