Smaller farmers market Saturdays from 8am-12pm. Street parking and a small designated lot behind the market. There's a few produce vendors, maybe 4 or 5, all have the same stuff but I will say everything is pretty expensive. We dropped $13 on 4 cara cara oranges and 1 grapefruit, so that gives a you a good idea of pricing. Some great honorable mention vendors: Delicious PICKLED vendor, we grabbed some chili flake pickled hot garlic, pickled red onions and some spicy pickles. She offers samples of all, and the best part is she offers $.75 credit per empty recycled jar returned Flora De Lima- amazing pressed juices! The spicy peanuts/fruits vendor literally fed us full of samples before we purchased 5 for $35 and we got one free The egg lady was definetly the egg plug! A flat of fresh eggs for $6.50 There was 1 plant vendor and 2 flower vendors. We grabbed a beautiful Chinese lantern plant for $25 Wasn't the place to buy the produce like I originally wanted being prices were a little outrageous. But if you are looking for farm to table, this Farmers market has some nice options for you.

Burbank Famers Market is one of the oldest Farmers Markets in Southern California (started in 1983). [Hours]: Every Saturday from 8 AM to 12 PM. [Parking]: There's a small designated parking lot right next to the market, but the lot was packed. I did find a street parking spot two blocks away from the market. [Amenities]: No public restrooms at the market. Since it is a certified farmers' market (certified means all produce is grown in the State of California), there's no pet rule inside the market. [Vendors]: There are about 30+ vendors with 75% farmers and 25% non-agriculture section. Pretty solid selection and I did notice an agricultural vendor selling Asian vegetables, but prices weren't exactly cheap. I didn't see any boutique vendors here. A solid and small farmers market with 100% focus on fruit/vegetables/processed food. Great for local residents, but this is not one of those farmers markets that's worth driving out of the way. 3.5-star with the benefit of the doubt.

Fresh Kimchi from Dave's Gourmet Foods! Still my favorite place to make some purchases at the Farmer's Market in Burbank!

Fresh Kimchi without the fish sauce! Cheers to healthy happy gut! Highly recommend checking out Dave's Gourmet Foods because they have so many delicious foods and pickled items to choose from! Also!.... Gluten free and Vegan!

This place is awesome! Shop here to get the freshest organic fruits and vegetables. They also have some very cool vendors with yummy healthy goodies. The parking situation isn't too bad at all, especially if you come early. They also sell fresh flowers here.

The Burbank Farmers Market is open every Saturday from . It's located in downtown Burbank, just across the Courthouse. Free parking is available at the city hall and nearby streets along Glenoaks Blvd. It's a small market, yet there's a wide variety of choices. There's a nursery at the corner where you can buy ornamental plants and fruit trees. Fresh flowers are available for cheap. A bread stand can also be found as well as a stall selling Korean stuff. There's several fruits and vegetables stands to choose from. Every time I dropped by here, I always see a line to the egg vendor. As opposed to other flea markets where you can grab a bite, there's none here. So don't come hungry because there's no hot, cooked food available here. Not even a place to get a cup of coffee. Have breakfast at home or nearby restaurants before heading out here.

This is a nice little farmers market in Downtown Burbank and it's open between 8:30 am-12:30 pm every Saturday. Dave's gourmet is one of the best vendors and I live their non spicy gluten free tempha. They are very generous with samples!! Parking is easy across the street. I love the flower vendor and the fresh produce at several booths. They even have a pressed juice booth!!

There's a bakery there that has vegan gluten free gingerbread cookies! They are so yummy

I love this farmers market! Even though it's small they have great options! Amazing fresh strawberry yogurt, fresh cilantro, bell betters, all kinds of fruit! They also have amazing salsas! They have fresh 18 eggs for only 5.50, but it's best to go early so they are not sold out!If you go at the end of the market they have the best deals there! My favorite part is the gluten free vegan gingerbread cookies!

Blueberries as big as a quarter!!! And very sweet and mildly tart. As an experienced gardener, these are up to par!

I walk to this farmers market every week! I get blueberries*, strawberries, cucumbers, artichokes, and fresh artichoke ravioli! There's also fresh bread, fresh cheese, pasture raised** eggs, nuts/trail mix, gluten free desserts, and any fruit and veg that's in season, including many that American grocery stores don't carry. I regularly invite friends to come with me. *If you've never had a farmers market blueberry, you are missing out! I know they are pricy but they usually don't last me the walk home (because I eat them all on the walk) **PASTURE RAISED eggs means 108 sq outside space per bird, FREE-RANGE means each bird has the option of being outside for at least one minute per day. Always get pasture raised!

Ask the Community - Burbank Farmers Market

Any knife or gardening tools sharping services?

First and third Saturdays of every month. At the curb on the Olive Ave side of the market. 8am to Noon. 👍

Do any of the booths sell edible flowers?

None of the vendors bring edible flowers to the market on a regular basis, but I'm told there's at least one vendor that could bring edibles if pre-ordered. We just have to remember which one that is! ;-)

    Is there organic produce?

Yes, ma'am. We have three or four organic vendors. Stop by the Info Booth and ask, or you can talk to the individual vendors. :-)

Do any of the booths sell green tomatoes?

We've never seen one, but they're very popular. We're thinking of asking the vendors that sell tomatoes to bring some green ones!

This past Sunday which I believe was the 29th of March, I went to check out and see what they had that was new. I got there around 11AM and the place was already super crowded. Keep in mind that they are only open on Sundays between the hours of 8AM to 1:30/2pm. Depending on the foot traffic. They have a lot of vendors that sell a good amount of everything. To name a few: They sell good and fresh fruits/vegetables, nuts, spices, candles, jewelry (mostly custom made), dried fruit, spreads, flowers of many kinds, pastries/breads of different kinds, hot and cold food/beverages, berries of every kind, all the way to a small play area where kids can ride a small train, jump in the bouncers, and have a carousel of cute pony rides. Just by looking at the smiles and the excitement on their faces, makes me want to get up on one of the pony's myself, and the man looked at me funny. They also do face painting and prices are not that cheap. Depending on what you get. Established in 1998. It really is a fun place to be on a Sunday morning/early afternoon. All vendors are super nice, friendly and they let you sample few things before buying it. I bought Sunflowers, some spices, berries, olive bread loaf, and couple of cookies. Also got 2 hummus spreads. Parking can be a bit challenging, I parked on the street. Whatever doesn't sell, vendors donate to the charities. Great deed. Don't waste FOOD!!

This market has pretty much everything you need an more when it comes to produce and prepared foods/goods that you can take home. Lots of options for food to eat then and there as well! As expected, the vibe here is pretty hustle and bustle with lots of food traffic coming through. I used to live in the area during the early 2010s and used to frequent this farmers market. If I recall correctly, it used to be able to fit in the parking lot of the Wells Fargo for the most part. I visited for the first time in years, recently and the market expands through a few blocks and lots. I enjoyed it before, but now they have a comparable selection of some other notable farmers markets around the city. With the expansions and heavier foot traffic, parking can get a little tough. Walked in at exactly 9am, and there was already a long line. They had a lot of food options to choose from along with lots of beautiful, real plants. They have over 30 vendors and some even let you try the food before buying them. Parking situation was a disaster, No parking and one of the streets near buy was closed. I had to circulate like 4 times, parked 2 blocks down and had to walk to the Market. I bought couple of scented candles, loaf of olive bread, 4 Croissants, dozen eggs, 4 beef Pupusas, fresh Sunflowers from their floral vendor, 2 regular size ground beef tacos with cheese and tomato from their taco stand, 2 Apricot preserves in a jar, got fresh berries. 5 Peaches, Strawberries, and blueberries, and one cup of decaf. Coffee to enjoy with my croissant. Place was clean, and dogs were very annoying being in the presence of food and people. They have dried fruit, nuts, few clothes, jewelry, and more.. A small pony ride with carousel in the back for kid's entertainment. Everything was overly priced and not worth paying the money for. You can get all that at your nearest grocery store for a lot more affordable prices. It was worth giving this place a try though.. I think I will stick to my Studio City Farmers market that is literally 5 minutes away from my house. They also don't have parking, but it is somewhat more manageable than this one was..Remaining food that doesn't sell, they make a donation to the nearest charities!
