They've begun adding additional fees to the 2.5% online service fee ($25) and are calling it an NSF fee (the first thing I do on second payday of the month is pay the next months rent, there was 1,486 and change in the account, rent is $850, $875 with the service fee). They declined initial payment on the 28th of January 2025 for the month of February. I had to re send the payment on January 30th, it went through by February 2nd. They charged a late fee and refuse to rescind it or offer me credit towards next months rent. They are demanding CASH payments for all future rent deposits.

We pay over $2200 a month for 1600 square feet and that includes the garage. They care more about the land lord than the tenants. When the lease is up we are out. I recommend everyone do research before you rent. Rent is always negotiatable if you're dealing with honest people! I will not attack anyone 1 person.
