The structure is brown with a shingle roof, though it could use a little care. One of the shingles is missing and the front door panel is gone, leaving the books inside exposed to wind and rain. It is still standing and still serving its purpose, but it feels a bit forgotten. Inside, the shelves hold a colorful mix of mostly paperbacks. Today, the selection leaned heavily toward romance novels. That is not my usual pick, but it might be just right for someone else passing through. The books were dry for now, but without a door, that may not last. There is no listing for this library on the Little Free Library database map and no visible signage to indicate who maintains it or whether any group sponsors it.
