Last week after being stung twice I found a yellow jacket nest under a table on my deck. I called Breda and left a message. A week later they hadn't returned my call so I called again and was told it would be a week before they could get out. Meanwhile, I am unable to use my deck without being stung again. While they are unable to return my calls they did not have a problem calling to request I put a credit card on my account to save them time billing. Needless to say I'm not feeling very happy with them at the moment and I'm considering switching companies.
