You know, I love to share new businesses with my connections on social media. Casey's Share Office offers rental of coworking space for small businesses who want to have a physical address for their everyday activities and the use of shared office equipment. The facility also rents out for events on weekends. Looking at the outdoor deck, I would imagine this could be used as a great wedding reception or use the lounge area for a musical recital. I talked to the owner Casey and his wife Alice during the open house tour. I was told that all paintings and murals were Alice's creation. They are displayed everywhere I turn. Casey said this facility just opened and they were running introductory special. The website has more details. I didn't need to look for it because I don't own a business. But if I did, Casey's Share Office would be the first place to be my office.

They were beautiful aesthetically and seem to have literally everything that I've been looking for. The person who connected with me via email and text was extremely hospitable and kind. That drew me in. Upon finally scheduling my in-person visit for a tour, I met with Sophia. She was incredibly kind and patient and even was able to take a few pictures and videos of me. Without complaint at all. She even suggested some shots for me in the end. Lol. I later found out that Sophia is the manager. The manager. Sophia did not act like the manager. She acted like a very detailed and personable host. I was so shocked and beautifully alarmed that Sophia was the manager. When you are that humble with no need to feel above anybody... that's how you run a successful business. I am about to sign with them for a virtual office until I grow and then I will ultimately be signing on a larger contract. The first time I lost sleep was because the maintenance guy flooded my rv when he turned the water on before letting me know he was going to do it. This is twice now that I have lost sleep and can not go back to sleep before going to work. It be nice if the lawn would get cut on Fridays when I an off and don't care if I get woken up. To top it all off the management did nothing about the maintenance guy flooding my rv.
