I decided to redo my old kitchen after living in my house for 23 years. I wanted a very specific color and look, and was not able to find anything I liked for the cost I could afford. When I came in, I was amazed to see the most gorgeous slabs of granite and marble displayed on the walls, as in a museum. I met with Robin Rose, their designer, and that was it, I knew she was the right person for me! Robin Rose came to my house and took pictures of my existing kitchen. She then spent innumerable hours talking to me and making drawings based on my wishes, and what she thought would be the best use of my space, functionality and budget. I was so touched by her willingness to listen to my wishes, and at the same time make suggestions as to what would work better for me. She was right! My kitchen is stunning! She helped me choose everything, the cabinets, back splash, countertop, door handles, being so patient with various changes I was making, and guiding me to find just the thing liked. The most extraordinary thing happened when the cabinets were being delivered, and Robin Rose came to my house to make sure everything was delivered correctly. My kitchen Installer did not show up! After waiting for him for almost an hour, she asked the driver to help her and they both unloaded the cabinets off the truck! She is a tremendous lady, talented, trustworthy, and a great human being. In the middle of a major kitchen renovation we discovered that the retailer through which we had ordered our cabinets and planned to order our granite countertops was very unreliable. We realized that we needed to find someone else from whom to buy our granite. It was very close to the holidays. I called several places and they all told me it would take weeks before they could come out to do a template. I called Wholesale GMT and spoke with Michael. He said they could come out in less than a week to do the template. They came out four days before Christmas and three days after Christmas the counters were installed. Michael was warm and friendly and extremely helpful throughout the whole process. The countertops are stunning and expertly installed. Two days after installation, we realized that because of the small space we were working with something was too close and needed to be adjusted. If I could leave 6 stars I would!!!! What a pleasure. We put new granite countertops in a large kitchen and a marble vanity in a bath. Incredible selection of marble and granite, very direct, fair pricing and extremely knowledgable staff. Simon (the owner) is the best -- he was always accessible and communicated frequently to make sure all was smooth. The guys that did the template were pleasant and knowledgable, and the installation guys were clean, thorough and accommodating. The turn around time was very quick, as we requested. (We have previously purchased granite from two other granite places. One was good -- just had a much smaller selection and less personal service, the other, COLONIAL, was AWFUL. Very Expensive, poorly cut, horribly installed and ZERO customer service. My wife and I decided to redo our kitchen once again. After some research I decided to go with WGMT. I was not disappointed. My sales consultant was Michael Goldstein. Michael was exactly what I needed to complete this project! My project was time sensitive and everything needed to fall in to place for the next bit of work to be done. Michael was VERY attentive and kept constant communication which made you feel assured that all your needs were addressed and being met. He was always available via email or phone and just all around a good guy. I would highly recommend Michael and WGMT to whomever was interested in redoing their kitchen counters etc. One piece of advice.....JUST GO AND SEE THE SLABS! I used Wholesale Granite and Marble and Tile for 6 projects within the last year. Its customer service far exceeds any expectations thanks to Michael. His follow-up is amazing. The install team, supervised by Vinny, is very professional and skilled. 5 projects were to install new quartz for my rehab, but the last project really impressed me. I needed existing granite cut to fit a new range I purchased. Gerhardts, where I purchased the range promised that they would cut the granite when installed. After waiting 10 months for the range (supply chain issues) it turned out Gerhardts could not cut and polish the granite. Gerhardts actually recommended Wholesale Granite, a company that I already used and loved. I wish I could give 10 stars We recently added a bar to our basement, because we decided to do this during the covid-19 pandemic we could not go shop for the bar top. We decided contacted WGM and Simon helped us every step of the way. He was very patient in sending us pictures of different granite and quartz. We made a decision and chose the quartz we liked on a Wed afternoon, Thursday morning our template was done and our bar top was delivered and installed the next morning. Surrounding the circumstances with businesses closed to have customer service like they showed us and to be as fast as they were says a lot about this company, in addition to the customer service the price is VERY reasonable. I called Whole Sale GMT on a Saturday, Simon came out Monday morning gave me a free estimate for my quartz countertops. I loved the price we scheduled a second appointment to get the template done which was the following day and within a few days later the countertops were being delivered and installed. The job was a little tricky but the installers did perfect cuts and made it work. Definitely worth every penny. I originally had a backsplash picked out and after having the countertops installed, I quickly changed my mind and called Simon up again to do the backsplash job. We were working with Michael as our project manager, and he was amazing: he expertly and quickly guided my husband and I through a crazy amount of choices that would have definitely overwhelmed us if not for his guidance. I was able to visit the showroom and see what options I have as well as some pictures. Once my kitchen cabinets were ready the installers came out very prompting to measure the counter and few days later to install.
