The number of shirts, PNW centric books, trinkets and an abundance of cool hats made it a place we won't soon forget! The ladies working here were all very helpful, friendly and created a very warm vibe! The prices were all about what you'd expect and not overly expensive. The favorite items were a hat featuring Smokey the bear and a tee shirt with a delightfully smiley cartoon sun overlooking the town. We'll be back, probably sooner than we think.

Of course, when it came time to buy a birthday gift for a friend, I thought about The Remonant and specifically made a trip down to get a Honey Boba candle for her since she loves boba and sweet scents. The full size candles are packaged in such a luxurious way with a black ribbon and a cool matte heavyweight cardboard. It feels so mature, even though this is a more fun scent. I could just pop this in a gift bag and be done since the packing is so nice. On the drive back, the aroma of the candle filled my car and I regretted not getting a candle for myself lol. It was a nice day today and so parking was kind of hard to find. There's a small parking area in front that was absolutely full. I had to park in a 15 min take out spot for the restaurant next door so I didn't get to chat with the owner unfortunately as I was worried about getting ticketed/towed, but it sounds like they are expanding their selection of scents. My friend and I stopped here on a whim and from a glance I thought it would be smaller than I had expected but it ended up being much longer than wide offering a ton of content with an easy flow. We were far from alone as there were many other customers milling about, and that is where I saw this little store shine as it was fairly easy to navigate without feeling trapped on enclosed. There were areas to step off into and let people pass, the check-out counter moved quickly, and everyone was super polite. I was very impressed with all the content. There were many different book sections as well as fun gift ideas and funny stickers. Both my friend I enjoyed walking through the aisles taking everything in.
