In reality, that process did not happen. I discovered that new dates were being arranged before they had even received or processed my feedback from prior matches. That completely undermines the value proposition of a "customized" service. I raised concerns twice and was met with little more than, "we have another date for you," rather than any meaningful adjustment or acknowledgment. At this price point, I expected a thoughtful, evolving matchmaking process. Instead, it felt impersonal and inefficient. I would strongly caution others before investing in this service.
