The time arrived when she could no longer live independently and through an amazing home placement specialist, Louie Caraig, I found Infinite Love Residence 2 an absolutely stunning residential property, immaculate and well-appointed in the upscale neighborhood of Amalfi Hills, Yorba Linda. My Mom resided under the best care possible in loving hands, safely with Infinite Love Home Care owned by Gina (Giannina) and Jed Adolfo (Mom called him JP). Gina, a registered nurse, and her husband are a wonderful couple, honest and caring who treat all clients as their own family. They strive to give the best in everything. Mom had her own beautiful comfortable room, gifted caregivers 24-7, access to in-home coordinated medical appointments, med management, healthy personalized meals of choice, daily activities, music, aromatherapy, and gentle hygienic personal care. Mom needed special attention with meals and other needs which Infinite Love's Home Care staff enthusiastically provided at all hours. Holidays were blessed with catered meals, festive decor, music, celebration, and warmth. Infinite Love's Home Care management, caregivers, and support team are highly skilled and treat all clients with dignity and compassion. I was always contacted when questions arose, or my Mom needed anything. It was wonderful to partner with the care team and I was always treated kindly and respectfully as my Mother was. My Mom thrived at Infinite Love Residence 2 for nearly 3 years. I was able to visit at any time or call and speak with her. I had the freedom to be present and available for my Mom even though we were living in separate residences. During my Mom's final days I was welcomed to stay by her side and helped care for her day and night. Gina, Jed, and the Infinite Love Home Care staff are rare and unique. I found no other board and care facilities that came close or matched anything comparable to the quality and optimal care offered to the clients and client's families at Infinite Love Home Care Residences. The first person they sent the first time my son ever had care was a self medicating diabetic who came to the job with low sugar and passed out. Paramedics had to be called. When I called them to say what happened they said they didn't even have emergency contacts for her on file. It took over a year for them to find another person who could come one day a week after school. I specified any day. But they never had anyone. When they did, she was great. After 2 months she said she couldn't come anymore. Another year goes by and they finally find someone. At this pointu sin was too thin due to ARFID issues. I explained to her we needed to get weight on him. I was taking a college class and when I would get home he'd be asleep and exhausted. Next day he said his legs and arms hurt. The next week I set up a nanny cam since I wouldn't be home. She was having my son do planks and other calisthenics!!!! She did t even ask if this was okay. I had her removed fromu son's care. Another year goes by and I finally find a friend of the family. So she jumos through their hoops for bothering process. Took her a month of CPR class. Orientation, etc none of which was paid. Then she starts watching son, I sign the timecards and 2 months later she has NEVER been paid!?? We have been back and forth and they keep giving excuses as to why they haven't paid her, trying to blame her and the regional center saying things I was able to prove as untrue. This is probably what happened to the other great lady that suddenly couldn't come. We kept calling and every week for 6 weeks we were told she'd be paid and then wasn't. So now she won't want my son because she hasn't been paid. This company is a joke! I don't even want to give 1 star. Shame on them for not paying their care providers.

The rooms are spacious, the activity rooms are beautiful and there just seems to be a upscale, happy feeling there. The staff is WONDERFUL, they are upbeat, caring, patient and fun! Mom loves the food, and she is able to order off a menu. The chef stopped us one day and asked Mom if there was any meal that she had missed eating! He was ready and willing to make it happen. She needed help in and out of bed, getting to the bathroom and showering when she first arrived. The staff that assisted with that were great. Luckily she is progressing nicely, but we still have any help we need. There are tons of activities for the residents to do, even outside the facility! Mom is really happy and has met a lot of friends. There is a nice sized dog park and several doggie residents that make her smile! As for me, there are several little shops that are within walking distance, so if Mom needs something I can go right over to CVS, or Subway, or the donut shop! There is a nail salon, beauty shop, Papa Johns, Liquor Store, Eye Center, Thai food, Spa Massage and more! I saved the best for last. Veronica, the sales director, was the first contact we had, she explained everything and patiently showed us several units. We decided on the one with a balcony that overlooks the dog park and she made it easy and helped us understand how things worked. We finalized the move with Lana, the Executive Director and she was wonderful too! She patiently answered all of our questions and addressed our concerns and made sure that the transition was easy for Mom and us. Mom is fully cognizant and aware and loves all of her new "family". I would highly recommend Brookdale Anaheim Hills if you need a safe and homey place for your loved one. I

After a bad fall in January of 2021, which resulted in an extended hospital stay, and time in a…read morenursing home in Torrance (which was not a good one!), I finally arranged to move my dad into this wonderful house in Anaheim. From the first phone call, Kathrina was extremely helpful. She assisted me with everything needed to get my dad moved in; including the transfer from the nursing home to their house, all the paperwork and logistics. My dad's mood and enthusiasm improved immediately. They provided everything he needed, including his own room, physical therapy, food, a full time staff, and doctor care. It was such a relief knowing my dad was in such good and caring hands. And the cost was more than fair, especially considering everything they were doing. My dad celebrated his 84th birthday there, and Kathrina threw a little party for him, with cake and even gifts! It was wonderful. She always made him feel at home, and kept me informed of his condition, responding to my texts or calls right away. Unfortunately my dad never really got his strength back, and passed away on April 5th. But Kathrina arranged for hospice care and transportation to the funeral home. I couldn't have asked for anything more. It felt like she was an angel watching over him during his stay, which gave me and my sister great comfort. The service provided by La Palma Home Care and Kathrina was absolutely amazing. If I could give 10 stars I would.
