Finding Infinite Love Home Care Residence 2 in Yorba Linda, was the answer to many prayers. Truly a gift from God. My Mom had reached her final years of living on her own with resistance to moving out of her home. The time arrived when she could no longer live independently and through an amazing home placement specialist, Louie Caraig, I found Infinite Love Residence 2 an absolutely stunning residential property, immaculate and well-appointed in the upscale neighborhood of Amalfi Hills, Yorba Linda. My Mom resided under the best care possible in loving hands, safely with Infinite Love Home Care owned by Gina (Giannina) and Jed Adolfo (Mom called him JP). Gina, a registered nurse, and her husband are a wonderful couple, honest and caring who treat all clients as their own family. They strive to give the best in everything. Mom had her own beautiful comfortable room, gifted caregivers 24-7, access to in-home coordinated medical appointments, med management, healthy personalized meals of choice, daily activities, music, aromatherapy, and gentle hygienic personal care. Mom needed special attention with meals and other needs which Infinite Love's Home Care staff enthusiastically provided at all hours. Holidays were blessed with catered meals, festive decor, music, celebration, and warmth. Infinite Love's Home Care management, caregivers, and support team are highly skilled and treat all clients with dignity and compassion. I was always contacted when questions arose, or my Mom needed anything. It was wonderful to partner with the care team and I was always treated kindly and respectfully as my Mother was. My Mom thrived at Infinite Love Residence 2 for nearly 3 years. I was able to visit at any time or call and speak with her. I had the freedom to be present and available for my Mom even though we were living in separate residences. During my Mom's final days I was welcomed to stay by her side and helped care for her day and night. Gina, Jed, and the Infinite Love Home Care staff are rare and unique. I found no other board and care facilities that came close or matched anything comparable to the quality and optimal care offered to the clients and client's families at Infinite Love Home Care Residences. The 5-star reviews for Infinite Love Homecare are very well deserved. Rio and her team are top notch when it comes to customer service and staffing only the best for homecare services. We have never used a third-party homecare agency before but our parents needed assistance in their home for 6 weeks after our mom's open heart surgery for 8 hours a day / 5 days a week. Rio and her team answered all our questions and were always kind, polite and professional. Their rates, procedures, and protocols are very reasonable. They always returned our calls promptly and stayed in touch with updates. She placed our parents under Joan's care. Joan is an Angel. For 6 weeks she cared for our family as if we were her own relatives. She was always professional, kind, respectful and a joy to have around. We will miss her presence and her gourmet cooking! There were a couple of days Joan needed off, which she gave early notice for, and Lori came to substitute and just like Joan, Lori was another wonderful caregiver who has been with Infinite Love for quite some time. Jed and his team did a great job for my dad. My dad had to transition to hospice care and due to COVID, having him in the hospital or nursing home was simply not something we wanted to do as we wouldn't be able to visit and see him in his final days. Infinite Love was a recommendation from the hospice team. It allowed us to find a private room in a beautiful house that's located in a very nice neighborhood. They were strict with making sure we were being safe due to COVID with showing negative test results and checking temperatures when I had to go in. I needed to arrange home care for my Mom after her discharge from a local skilled nursing facility. I called Infinite Love Home Care a week before her discharge and Jed was able to arrange 3 days of 24-hour care with a nice caregiver whom my Mom really liked. On the 3rd day Mom finally agreed that she needed someone to stay with her, and Jed & Gina were able to find another good 24-hour caregiver for 4 more days on short notice. I really appreciated their flexible response and the quality of their caregivers Noemi and Rosalina. Mom's much improved now and doing well on her own. It's difficult to put into words how much I appreciate this organization and services my family received! We were in need of urgent home-care for my 90-year-old father, whose needs upon going to the hospital and he needs a constant watch due to his dementia. We contacted 5 different homecare around Tustin, Anaheim, Orange, and surrounding cities at almost midnight and nobody can send an immediate caregiver except Infinite Homecare. Jed answered his phone right away and 20 minutes later caregiver is in route to St. Joseph hospital. The caregiver started to work the very next hour to days, and has been amazing. Infinite loving homecare was a Godsend to me. I am forever deeply grateful for the compassionate and professional care that my Uncle received while in their home for the last 5 months of his life. I could write 20 pages about how Jed, Nikko, and their team go ABOVE AND BEYOND for anyone they help. Help isn't even the right word, these people have saved my sanity (and my family's) while most importantly putting my grandma in wonderful hands. I work at an assisted living community and that's how I found out about them. They care about every last person, they shake everyone's hand, they learn their names, and they also always look incredible and dressed to impress-- aka they give a great first impression! They work with a resident at my community and Jed himself has come in the middle of the night to check, he's an amazing communicator, he goes beyond anyone I've ever seen. We needed a last minute night caregiver for my grandma because she was going wild/trying to get out of bed after hip replacement surgery/delusional/ etc. My cousin and I had been with her 24 hours on and off trading for 6 days while being at work on the off days. She needs 24/7 care at the moment. We arranged with TLC and then they never showed up. Long story short, I texted Jed at 11 pm when the caregiver never showed up and when I called TLC, they said "sorry? We will call tomorrow? No one is answering at the call agency" He got Nikko to come at 1:30 am on a Friday night/Saturday morning to watch her while I got some sleep. That's just the start.
