We shared a large platter (ceviche milotero) with the table, which was amazing. Fresh shrimp, fresh avocado and cucumber, tomatoes, onions, and oranges. Wonderful aguachile marinade soaking everything and served with fresh tostadas. The only disappointment in the meal was the rice, which was overcooked and flavorless. Those spare ribs might have been some student's midterm project. The meat is all displayed (shrink wrapped) in big glass cases. Prices are clearly displayed. Buy in bulk and save! They have helpful posters that inform the purchaser about where different cuts come from on the animal. The staff was super friendly and helpful.
