They use to have Cold Stone in Hawaii but all of the locations closed down. I was happy to find a location in Orlando and very happy that I could eat the coffee lovers which is my favorite. I ordered the coffee lovers with oreo cookies. It was delicious as I remembered but was so sweet for me and I could not eat the entire thing. The coffee lovers is coffee ice cream with almonds, heath bar, and caramel. The employees were nice and there were at least 3 to 4 of them which was great because they were a little busy and it made ordering easy. You can always buy all.of your theme park tickets in one place!Also if you like chuys tex mex it's walking distance to cold stone! Agree with others on here that this location is overpriced. I visit Coldstone in Miami often and this location is about $3 higher for the same sized cups of ice cream. While the ice cream is delicious, it is too overpriced at this store. Also, to add insult to injury as the guy was scooping my ice cream into the cup he purposely left out a bit. I'm not sure why. Like, you already prepared it - and you are charging me $8 for that tiny a$$ cup- just give it to me instead of throwing it away. Like, c'mon. Luckily another worker came along and instructed that guy to give it to me. At least someone with some common sense. Don't think I'll return here. read more

We had multiple people check with us to make sure we had gotten our order in, which is a plus. They were all very kind and very helpful, and it was nice seeing them work together smoothly to get orders out fast. Keep in mind this is a very busy location that gets a lot of tourists. The store itself is clean and beautiful. It's located on the busy International Drive. They showcase the namesake ice cream as well as candy covered apples and a lovely assortment of gourmet candy. My complaint: there was no greeting. No acknowledgment of my existence. With two employees present and only two other customers in the establishment- it was obvious that the workers were more focused on the business and not the customers. Needless to say I ended up opting for a shake from the neighboring Red Robin. read more

We get there and 2 people are up front working and then a guy with dreads is just coming in or off his break and slowly gets setup to work. He takes my order then washes his hair and then proceeds to scratch his head and starts making my ice cream order. He must have been tired or just didn't want to be there because he kept yawning throughout the entire time making the order. Once he starts working the other guy working is gone so it's back at 2 people working again. Mind you we are a family of 3 there was a family of 4 before us. There was a man behind us who left, either he didn't like the slow service or he was turned off by the guy making my ice cream. My husband was also turned off by the guys slowness and yawning and the fact that he scratched his head after he washed his hands that he changed his mind about getting something. This guy needs to shape up otherwise its time for a get well card. He was unprofessional and with such a high traffic area you will continue to lose money with this guy acting like that. read more

It was packed for 9pm- with the line out the door! The place is really small, hence the line stretching out the door. There are only a few tables. Nothing fancy. You can sit inside or outside which is nice too. It took us a good 25 minutes to get to the front of the line but who can complain when you're surrounded by the smell of ice cream? Mmm. I ordered the mint mint chocolate chocolate chip creation (like it size). It was very good for what it is - mint ice cream, chocolate chips, fudge, and brownies. My boyfriend had a sundae which was humongous and looked delicious. For the two of us, it only came to about $15. Not bad at all. I probably spend the same going to get froyo. Can't complain. They also offer 10% off for Orlando residents which is nice. Score! If you're looking for something sweet in a pinch and won't break your wallet, definitely go. It's worth it. read more

I love ice cream and have been to many cold stone creamery and have had amazing experiences. My daughter and I went around 2pm on Sunday. There was a couple already having ice cream and another couple reviewing the menu. Since I knew what I wanted the couple in front allowed us to order. Which by the way was very sweet of them. My go to is the chocolate devotions which includes chocolate ice cream, brownie, chocolate chips and fudge. The two employees were not friendly. Very to the point and looked as if they were having a bad day. The store was not up to par. We cleaned off our own table. The floor looked as if it needed some TLC. The ice cream was delicious as always and I'll return for the ice cream at another cold stone but the employees here need a course on customer service. read more

The staff was very nice; however, as someone who has managed a Coldstone, I was SHOCKED by the prices. I asked for a kids and the staff let me know there was no kids. So I ordered a small and payed almost $8 for the ice cream!?! This is an outrageous amount for the small amount of ice cream I received. Horrible experience. I waited in line for 10 minutes. The people behind the counter helped the people in front of me and then they helped the group of 5 behind me, and another group behind them. When the group of 5 behind me literally pushed my husband aside so they could pay (and the cashiers did nothing!) we walked out. The girl and two guys behind the counter preparing the ice cream made eye contact with me multiple times during all of this and clearly didn't care that they skipped over me. This is an ultimate cold stone as it offers traditional marble slab prepared ice cream with a super extensive choice of every imaginable topping possible. They also have a full chocolate bar where they have covered anything you can imagine in choclate...including potato chips. The have a huge selection of different chocolate covered apples. You can also purchase cakes and cup cakes. One of the best features of this location is they have a rewards program where the 10th visit ice cream is free. That won't be hard to attain. Friendly staff. had the banana caramel crunch....this was really good. It was French Vanilla ice cream mixed in with banana and caramel. It wasnt too sweet...just right. The difference from small to large is $0.30. Theres no reason why someone would get a small! However, the large is alot of ice cream. I couldn't finish that by myself. read more

I love cold stone but the one on I drive is terrible. The staff clearly hates working here and make it evident to their customers. I ordered the pie who loves me and the girl who took my order looked at me for 30 seconds and sighed. On top of already giving me attitude she turns around to another co worker and goes "ugh I have to mix this" and made then proceeded to make the wrong ice cream.
