When I picked my dog up and got in the car to leave, I noticed her cut was pitifully done. As if an amateur had trained on grooming with my dog. I took her back inside and another groomer was kind enough to try to get rid of all the jagged lines and sections of longer hair that was uncut. I do appreciate that groomers help. After having her groomed, there are large places on her skin where it is raw and blood brought to the top of her skin. Her skin is quite inflamed. This is unacceptable. I don't know the name of the first so called groomer who messed her hair up and left her raw all over, but NEVER again will I take my dog back there. If I am going to pay $70 for her grooming, I expect it to look professionally done and my dog not have raw painful skin afterward. Also, another girl in there who had bathed another dog couldn't seem to wipe the glare of her face. This place used to be a friendly, professional place where the service was an A+, but not anymore. Very disappointing that now the service my dog received was a D- with the exception of the other groomer who did try to fix the other groomers failure.

We came back to a pup that wasn't anxious and his haircut was perfect!! At our previous groomer, we had to wait 4-5 hours to pick him up, but Ashley was finished in an hour and the haircut was better than we had previously experienced. She explained that he got antsy when she groomed around his face (which he has done in the past as well), but she said she would do a little and then go back to it so she wasn't pushing him. For the record crested geckos should never be kept together unless you provide multiple food and water sources and never under any circumstance keep more than too together. These same disgusting living conditions are inflicted upon several other animals they keep there. I truly hate to rant, but I find this incredibly inappropriate and unethical. There's no excuse for this, and no one should ever buy pets from here.

He had arthritis in his neck and back but is fine with his head being gently lifted. I explained this when I scheduled his appointment and when I dropped the dogs off. They never told me of a special handling fee or that they had any concerns. I got a call that the dogs were done and upon picking them up I was told they couldn't complete his haircut because of his arthritis. I understand not feeling comfortable and not wanting to hurt him, I appreciate the care. I do not appreciate the fact that they charged me for a service that was completed. There prices are high to begin with and I was out even more and I still will have to finish his haircut myself at home. They can't handle his haircut and I wouldn't be going back if they could. They're a friendly group and I do feel like they always handled my dogs with care but the prices are so high and I can't say I agree with the way they handled our last service with them. Sadly looking for a new salon for both of my dogs.
