Jacob is the one employee who has always been less than polite every time I dealt w him and caused me to cancel a multi / multi hundred dollar purchase for me so I'd avoid him. This is just my personal experience so I just try to avoid him. They run tournaments consistently , have a great selection of singles , and have a lot of desired products. The shop itself is clean, organized, and has a really welcoming atmosphere. I especially want to give a shoutout to Ann, who was incredibly friendly and helpful. She made the whole experience even better and was happy to help with any questions I had. She also the store's streamer and goes live every Monday-Friday. One thing I personally like is even when I'm busy, I can always hop on their stream to hang out, chat with everyone and rip some packs! It's a really fun way to stay involved with the shop and the hobby even when I can't be there in person. Avoid this store for tournaments…read more I had a confirmed registration through the Bandai app for their tournament, yet when I arrived 10 minutes early, I was turned away. The store had set an early check-in cutoff that was only announced on their private Discord server, with no notification on the Bandai app where players actually registered. As a result, waitlisted players were let in ahead of those of us with confirmed spots, and we were then told to join a waitlist of 40+ people, despite having already secured our registrations. Several other registered players I knew experienced the same problem. Many of them had driven over 45 minutes with the assumption of a secured spot while arriving before the start time. This is a serious problem. If an event is open to the public and registration is handled through the Bandai app, critical information like check-in deadlines should be communicated through that same platform, not buried in a Discord that not all participants know about or have access to. The way this was handled strongly favors locals and regulars who are already in their circle, which is unfair to outside players who followed the proper registration process. I would not recommend supporting this shop.
