Monica is the treasurer of this castle. It's a beautiful home filled with chocolate! We were lucky to get a tour of where the chocolate was made. Monica was amazing. Such a kind heart and an amazing chocolatier. A must have is the hot chocolate. We are ruined for hot cocoa - this place makes liquid gold in the form of chocolate.
