I'm not sure what this means. Does he mean native, does he mean people who want good value for money. Either way I would never recommend this place of business. He took our story of the existing fireplace issues that he got from our original installer and believed it as gospel. Well sad for him but we will be forced to shop outside of our area for somethign we could have bought locally.

The MCC thrift store in mission is located just off the main road, and has a moderately sized parking lot. When there is sales they will sometimes be advertised on the outside of the building on signs. There is a large variety of kitchen and house decor items. Along with a big selection of books that are filled with new and old books. There is a moderate selection of clothing available, from women's to men's and children's. There is plus size and maternity as well. It is a smaller store so there is not the largest selection but I would consider browsing the racks. This thrift store unlike so many is still in my opinion lower in price that many. This low price point makes the products available to a wide range of household incomes which I believe is an important feature of this store. It is also a two story store, upstairs you will find furniture, house trinkets, toys, garden and house diy products. It is worth the browse.

Nothing worse than being engrossed in looking at neat old items and suddenly the lights turn out. I actually did not shop here at all for over two years as my wife and I were about to leave one evening before Christmas and spied a small box of vintage ornaments in the showcase near the cash. We did not want to look, we wanted to buy them right then as in pay and leave. The staff said they were closed and to comeback the next day. All they had to do was slide the door open at lift them out but they refused. There were still other people in line to pay and we would have had to wait anyhow. We left all of our purchases and went home. Checked early the next day and the ornaments were gone. The irony was when I checked the time outside it was still minutes until their closing time. I wrote to their head office later that day but received no reply. Decent store, terrible customer service.

The mountain has special meaning and is really important to both her and my whole family. The photo on the left is the design I sent them, the photo on the right is the job they did. It looks absolutely horrible and absolutely nothing like what I asked for. When I told them I was not happy with what they did, they refused to do anything about it. They won't return my money, they wont give me a new blank necklace so I can take it somewhere else to get it engraved properly. They can't buff it out because the necklace is already so thin and the lines they carved into it are so deep. Not only did this cost me close to $500 and I had to save up money for this special gift, I now don't have her Christmas gift ready in time due to this abysmal job. I can't give this horrible work to her, it looks like a toddler did it. The design is crooked, the lines have mistakes and there are random marks all over it. It's just so bad. I probably could have done a better job honestly. I spent over 40 minutes in store after receiving it, asking for them to give me my money back or give me a new necklace. I spoke directly to the owner. They kept arguing and refusing to give me a refund, even going so far to insult me as to try to sell me another necklace they had for 50% off. I was actually crying from the way they were talking to me. This is disgusting to do to a family at Christmas time. I will provide an update if the business resolves this issue but buyer beware. They will take your money, do a pathetic job and do nothing about it.
