She did an absolutely beautiful job on my daughter's hair, but what impressed me even more was the kindness and genuine care she showed throughout the entire appointment. My daughter has special needs, and Alexis made her feel so comfortable by chatting with her the whole time, encouraging her, and making her feel seen and valued. She was incredibly patient, supportive, and compassionate. By the time we left, my daughter wasn't just excited about her new hair--she was walking out with a confidence I haven't seen in a long time, just in time for going back to school. Alexis has an incredible talent, not only as a hairstylist but as a person. She has a gift for making people feel beautiful inside and out. I honestly can't say enough wonderful things about her. We are beyond grateful for the experience, and I would recommend her to anyone without hesitation. Simply amazing! Dallas is absolutely incredible! From the moment you meet her, she puts you completely at ease. She is genuinely kind, friendly, welcoming, and unbelievably talented at what she does. Talking with her feels like catching up with an old friend you've known for years. She has such a warm, authentic personality that you instantly feel comfortable in her chair. As a single mom, I rarely get the chance to take time for myself, so carving out a little "me time" felt like such a gift. During my appointment, we shared stories, laughed together, and I never once felt rushed. Dallas made the entire experience so enjoyable.
