I was greeted with a smile and within minutes I received a consultation from Latoya. I explained the current condition of my curly hair told her I would like a more youthful style. Latoya listened and was knowledgeable about curly hair. I immediately booked an appointment for treatment and style. When you arrive, you're greeted with something to drink which I have never received at a salon and I was very impressed. The pampering continued with the shampooing, conditioning and treatment. Latoya did an AMAZING job with my cut and explained thoroughly during the process. Her recommendations for the hair care products were perfect for my hair texture. When I came back and questioned it, she had a very unfortunate attitude. I win one never recommend this Hair Dresser nor what I ever go back to her.
