She takes her time and always makes sure we leave with exactly what we wanted. She has a real talent for color and is incredibly knowledgeable regarding techniques and trends. Her cuts, styles and blowouts are on point and to top it all off with a cherry she is an incredibly wonderful human, who is patient with teens, has a huge heart and is very fun and personable. Thank you Rocky. I have also started seeing Sharon for facials and she is great and we are excited to get started with their massage therapist soon. I so hope the owner adds makeup and nails so this can be our one stop beauty shop. The salon is easy to locate and beautiful inside as well.

I get it -everyone is busy but no response is just bad customer service No communication no apologies... spoke via text with Stephanie to schedule an appointment-- she asked about what times works for me, told her and she said ok but when I texted the following day to see if I'm on the schedule -no response. I called the salon again and the receptionist couldn't schedule a time either and said someone will get back to me-nope no contact--so yea I will be going elsewhere

My regular stylist is down in Burlington and is such a hassle to get to and from the appointment so I'm making the switch to make Britt my permanent 'go-to'. She didn't really put much effort into it, just a cut straight across and then used a razor to trim the edges, she also didn't part her hair in the middle or dampen it, and I think sitting on a booster also contributed to such an uneven cut.

It was my very first time going to her and boy did she not disappoint. I went in for a haircut and blowout. My visit with her consisted of lots of laughs because she is really down to earth. I loved her energy and the way she made me feel like a friend. My favorite part of the visit was wash and shampoo time because she gave the best scalp massage. During the haircut process she made sure to ask me how comfortable I was with length and that automatically let me know I was in good hands. When I finally got a glimpse of my haircut I almost cried because I have never gotten a haircut I actually loved. Thank you Rocky!! You Rocked! The salon itself is beautiful! I love the relaxing atmosphere. My favorite spot in the salon was the washing area. The only tip I give customers is to go 10 - 15 mins early to find parking.
