I felt like I was drinking a cocktail; I swear there was rum in it ;) The ceviche was also like a cocktail of sorts, served in a clear cup with a cocktail umbrella and garnished with plantain-encrusted calamari. The fruit, veggies, and seafood were fresh, flavorful, and perfectly blended. I wish I could tell you more about the components of this delightful meal, but I scarfed it down too quickly. Anyway, the empanada lady never disappoints. I have gotten her empanadas, pork dishes, and tamales and have always been satisfied. Soon, I hope to try her stuffed avocado.
