I absolutely love Indian food, however it's so hard to find authentic and delicious Indian food! This place delivers both! I went at lunch on a Friday and it was very busy with dine-in and to-go orders. This speaks volumes already when I first walk-in. I ordered a Chana masala combo to eat in and one to go for later and one to take to a friend for lunch. It was divine! The basmati rice was perfect; it was fluffy, fragrant, and delicious! The Chana masala was the best I've ever had in my life! The aromatic spices were spot on and I don't know if others will ever be able to compare. The naan bread was also outstanding! I cannot recommend enough. Definitely worth a to-go order!

I really wanted some Indian food and didn't want to drive to Irving to get it. Stumbled upon this spot on Google. I believe I got the tikka masala? It was good. I was disappointed they didn't have samosas. Overall, I'd go back and try something else, if I don't feel like going to Irving.

My newly vegetarian daughter said this is the best tofu she has ever had. She took my naan to scrape up all the sauce. The employees are excellent about observing Covid facemasks and distance. Very happy. Will probably be back tomorrow!

Food was great. Ordered chicken tikka combo and a mango lassie. Plenty of meat in dish. Good amount of naan. I recommend take out or having it delivered. The inside of restaurant is clean but not conducive to a romantic dinner atmosphere. It is brightly lit and full of catering equipment and just not very aesthetically pleasing. I did like that one wall is painted yellow curry color and other wall is painted red curry color! The wood chairs are uncomfortable if you have back issues like me. The same piano loop of music (one song) played the entire 45 min we were there. They serve food on paper plates with plastic utensils and provide a cold bottle of water. Staff are friendly but we were there 7 -10 min standing up front and I went to their restroom, came back and my husband was still standing up front wondering if they seat us or not. So I asked a family seated next to us what do we do and they told us you just sit down and they'll take your order. Lol Then the lady that took our order literally came back two more times because she got confused with which orders went with which tables and wanted to confirm what we ordered. Then they only brought us out 1 chicken tikka instead of 2 so we had to remind them we ordered two. It was funny. They were nice and the food was flavorful. Some of the butter naan tasted warm and fresh and some tasted just ok. Moderately priced Clean bathrooms Thank you

It looks like a hole in the wall place, but their food is amazing. I've ordered take out from here and ate inside once. They are friendly.

Husband loved his chicken tikka masala. The food arrived piping hot, so fresh, and they are not shy about their portions. It was so good - we ordered it again four days later LOL!

They bring it with a little teapot and some sugar. Chili Chicken Momo: We've never had momo before, so we asked the server what he recommended, which was this one. We got it in medium spice which ended up being perfect, it erred close to an authentic Thai mild. The momo's flavor was fairly balanced, chili wasn't overpowering and had some suble sweetness. They were so soft and juicy despite being fried. Not too saucy either. The bell peppers, tomatoes, and onions on the side werent ignored; its not normal for us to finish side vegtables! When we come back, we plan to order two. The Curries: The chicken (mild) and butter chicken (medium) curries were both good, but the butter chicken really suited our tastes. Genuinely the best butter chicken we've ever had. I was spooning it like it was soup. Both curries' chicken were perfectly cooked, very moist. Appreciated the chicken to curry ratio as well. For the spice level, medium ended up being perfect again. Mild is best for those who don't like spicy food. The chicken curry was still good, the seasoning reminded me of my mother's vietnamese cooking. Garlic Naan: The garlic flavoring is subtle, which was a departure from what we're used to from the Indian restaurants we've been to (ex. So much garlic and butter that the nann can be eaten alone as an appetizer). The subtlety is preferred for us since it doesn't overtake the flavors of the curry. The bread was soft and came in four pieces. We came at a slow time, but the environment wasn't awkward and we had fun playing the little games provided. The server was very welcoming.

I came here for lunch today after a 10 year hiatus from this gem. I will never wait that long to…read morereturn again, and may come every week going forward. The vegetarian buffet is relatively small, but nutritionally diverse and dense. Dishes today ranged from simple steamed broccoli and carrots to curried cauliflower and multiple legume dishes, to a salad bowl with a wide range of fresh colorful veggies. You will leave full and happy, I fully expect, if you try it too. The little restaurant is housed in a beautiful ornate temple, and has a lovely outdoor courtyard to dine in on pleasant days (I eat inside when it's hot or cold out.) Service is minimal, but attentive by buffet joint standards. Parking is a secure private lot and spaces are plentiful. The neighborhood is a bit sketchy, but you are fully separated from it if you park in the secure lot. For $15 at lunch, you will likely have your most nutritious meal of your (pick a time period), and get a free drink and desserts. Some items are available for upcharge, but I find them to be unnecessary. The vibe is temple casual and reminds me of hippy establishments I used to frequent in the 70s and 80s. I highly recommend you try it, if you love fresh vegan fare at a bargain price and want to check out the lovely temple and grounds while you're there.

Getting here was only slightly tricky, as it's not located in a strip mall or anything, but down a somewhat crummy street, in its own gated area, with a parking lot. The buffet was modest but diverse, with a fully vegetarian buffet where 90% of the options are also gluten-free. I really enjoyed the Sambhar soup, Kofta balls in tomato gravy, the spicy-pickled peppers, and the Chickpea curry. The outdoor dining area is just lovely, especially with good weather, and the temple grounds are very peaceful and enjoyable. Very reasonable price for such a relaxing and unique meal, and the staff were very friendly. My only complaint is that since we got there about an hour after lunch, some of the food had gotten a bit dry.
