First time at this establishment and you're asked to fill out the standard documents to listing allergies and of course NO ONE reads any of it. I went in for a brow wax (have received numerous brow waxes in the past with no complication) and a day later my skin appears to have a chemical burn. Yes, I'm allergic to topical lidocaine. Yes, it was clearly stated in my paperwork. I'm fully aware how waxing works and what procedures to take before/after. But why deny what product you used on a client is beyond me. I love this place! I've tried a few other wax chains and boutiques and this one is definitely above the rest! It's really cute and cozy and the receptionist is super sweet and helpful. Great customer service. I like how they make you feel super important. They offer you a bottle of water soon as you get in there. I go to Kymra for the Brazilian II and she is amazing! She talks to you and doesn't make you feel all awkward, but not only that she LISTENS! Every visit she will ask me about something I've told her to see how it went or how it's going. I'm sure she sees a ton of people every day, she see's me once every 4 weeks and for her to actually care enough to listen and remember any of what I say to her mean everything! It's like talking to a friend and not someone who is just doing a job. I have had two appointments here and have been incredibly pleased with the service I received! My husband and I both saw Stephanie to get our brows groomed and I saw Crystal for a special event spray tanning session. Stephanie was very patient with us and said she likes to wax a little at a time instead of waxing too much and then not being able to fill spots back in. Our brows came out great! She even offered to just tweeze my brows since I told her I was on a prescription topical treatment and was nervous about my skin ripping off with the wax. She was sweet, professional, and easy to talk to. Crystal was so sweet as well and was so excited for me to be going to our Marine Corps Ball. She wanted to give me the right color tan for my dress color. She did a pre-treatment, medium tan treatment, and post-treatment to seal the color in. She also blew me dry and puffed a little powder over me before I got dressed. She continually said how amazing the tan looked and was so excited. It was adorable. This boutique has everything for successful treatments. I'm talking disposable flip flops, sticky paper for the soles of your feet so they don't turn black, disposable thong panties for modesty and comfort, clean towels after each client, shower caps, baby wipes, hair ties, EVERYTHING! I've never had a tan with so many amenities. The only feedback would be that there was no mirror for me to see my tan in once I was done, so I didn't see it until I got home. Otherwise, all the staff are helpful and kind and I am so glad I drove by this place when I first moved here! read more

The people are very nice. The tan was expensive and it washed off immediately. I got the one hour tan (which actually is 3 hours) it was miserably sticky. I had someplace I had to be that evening and HAD to shower. I couldn't put clothes on my skin it was so sticky. If I put my fingers down on my arm, my arm skin would raise and slowly peel from my fingers. So I waited the required 3 hours, took a gentle rinsing shower and I watched it all wash down the drain. What a huge waste of my time and my money. Very disappointed. I called them before I showered and explained what was happening. The receptionist told me to exfoliate! I said NO! I just paid for this tan! So she went and got the girl that did it and I was told it was ok to shower. Ended up going to my son's wedding without a tan and about $80 lighter. read more

Reception staff were very welcoming and the decor is very cute! However, my eyebrow tinting experience was a failure! Obviously, according to the lady who did my eyebrow, tinting can only darken your eyebrow color and not shape!? Eyebrow tinting 101: It IS about shape and NOT just darkening your eyebrow hair!!!!! I've had my eyebrows tinted twice before and both did more than just darken my eyebrow hairs. Really disappointed. To be fair, the operations manager has reached out to me ever since I've written this review, was actually nice and offered a complimentary eyebrow tint. read more

I love this place! My first time visiting here and I will for sure be coming back! I got a spray tan with Stephanie. I was pretty nervous because this one only my second time getting a spray tan and the first time I had one done I was very disappointed and was not listened to at all my the tanner and left looking very orange and streaky. Stephanie however did a great job and really listened to what I wanted and worked with my to choose the best color. She made me feel very comfortable and the tan looks amazing- very natural and even. I do not spray tan regularly but will for sure be returning in the future for any special occasions I need a tan for!
