I told her I wanted to be able to keep it pulled back in a pony tail. I noticed she kept cutting and cutting and I reminded her that I only wanted 1 inch off. She told me she was just getting the ends straight. When I was finally able to look down, she had cut about 4-5 inches off. I have NEVER been so mad in my life! I can not longer put it in a pony tail - I look like someone put a bowl on my head and cut around it - will NEVER go to that place again or recommend it to anyone!! Guess you get what you pay for ! I knew it was going to be bad when other employees had to tell him what to do. He cut my nails and did nothing else to my toes, nothing cuticle's or calluses. The leg message was horrible and short. We could not call because she will not publish her phone number, another bad sign, so we left, assuming she wasn't there, and now she won't refund a $50 deposit, saying that she was there. If she were there, then the door should have been unlocked, and someone should have opened it. We have never used her before, but this is bad business practice, and unless it is rectified, we will go out of our way to let everyone know about our bad experience.
