They started my husband's pedicure and i waited and waited and waited. I waited so long they added hot water 3 times to my foot bath. It was almost 30 minutes before the guy started my pedicure. I knew it was going to be bad when other employees had to tell him what to do. He cut my nails and did nothing else to my toes, nothing cuticle's or calluses. The leg message was horrible and short. He was finished with my pedicure 5 minutes after my husband was finished. Mind you he started about 30 minutes after my husband's began. I will not be back and do not recommend this place.

Each person called me "my love", which is very odd, but I pressed on. Even though I made an appointment for both a pedicure and a nail fill, and I got there 15 minutes early, I still waited almost a half an hour AFTER my appointment time to be seen. The pedicure chairs do not include a foot bath, rather they brought what looked like a mop bucket with soapy water in it and set it in front of the chair. Water was tepid at best, with no jets or additional heat. The individual giving me the pedicure had nails that were 2+ inches long, so the massage was non-existent. I do not do gel on my toes and that seemed to be a huge issue. It took over 20 minutes for them to find me a color that was not gel and an additional 20 to get a top coat. The top coat was old enough that it was "stringy" and I had remnants of the clear polish all over my feet. There was a drying spray used on each of my toes, which caused the color on my toes to turn into many colors. Finishing that fiasco, I was required to get my nails soaked off before a "fill" could be done as they didn't know what product was used previously. That, in itself, is not an issue as I understand some products don't work well with others....no cost was advised for the soak off and the individual that was going to do my nails did not do the soak off, rather I was bounced between several folks - moving myself to different tables rather than them come to me - for the removal. I asked for a pink and white and was told that they could do it but really didn't want to, rather they pushed their "new product" on me. When I dared ask why two of the tips glued on were pointing to the sky, I was told that my energy was bad and that I clearly wouldn't be happy with anything they did. I ended walking out with just the tips on my nails and $70 less in my wallet for the VERY bad pedicure. This place is NOT friendly, the technicians are NOT knowledgeable (although they continued to give me their resume the whole time I was sitting at the tables getting my nails done). I would not recommend this place to anyone that has a modicum of self respect and cares about the way their fingers and toes look in public. If I could give them a negative rating I would!

Downside is they are expensive. They don't offer acrylic nails either so like previous reviewer said it's important to keep in mind. And there was so miscommunication. My full gel nail set was 80.00 everywhere else it's 65.00 not sure if I'll be going back for that reason.

Not only did it take forever but the tech did a sloppy job. She was trying to upsell me every step of the way. She had me get "hybrid gel" fill but did not fully know how to put it on. It was lumpy and too thick after I told her I want it to look natural and thin. I also had to have her fix the shape multiple times and even still both hands weren't even. The icing on the cake was the price. After all of that it cost $80 for just a gel fill. This was a one and done for me. Lesson learned..Never again!!

The lady left nail acrylic all over my fingers. Unfortunately that's not even the worst part. Once she applied the initial coat prior to the acrylic my fingers and nails began to burn. Apparently this is a common thing for her and she had alcohol in a drip bottle she continually used to "cool" the fingers. She told me it happens to more than just myself. I have never had this experience before. Thankfully the burning did end a few hours after leaving.

The tech (I believe Tiffany herself! I felt special!) really took their time and attention to my feet. The whole experience was super relaxing, and I didn't feel rushed at all. My feet felt well-cared for and clean. The place is small and not extravagant, but everything feels clean and well-maintained. It's a truly relaxing experience.
