It is recently been expanded and we're very impressed with the expansion after really really friendly and they have a good selection in their LCBO outlet area. That's where I would call a cottage store. The only area that's missing is an aisle with laundry detergent that's not but other than that we love going up here because they are open more frequently than other grocery stores. The only days they are closed for December and January 1 so if you're everything else is closed, you can always check the website for their hours and most likely they will be open we'd definitely go there every every every so often whenever a wrap in Port period. and also don't forget when you're at the meat counter, they offer me to either be frozen packed individually or not so if you wanna buy a large selection of meat and want them prepped for your freezer, just ask them they'll do it they will also cut any type of pork or would have it cause we really like pork cut is very thin

Bests: Gigantic Jars of honey for $9, Braided Garlic (14 Organic Cloves for $25), Bags of Beets Carrots etc for $4-5 a bag. Really Nice looking Quiches and the Hempola Farms products. Surprisingly, a Chinese run booth had dumplings cooking all day and I had takeaway rice and Chana Masala that wasn't bad for $5. Frank (Frankie Flowers of Breakfast Television fame) was there shopping with his family too, he lives in the area. Really Nice Produce, Ample Parking if you have to drive. Decent prices. Barrie's Farmers market is held at City Hall.

Most stalls sold products grown and made by the merchants themselves. The variety was impressive: 2 to 3 vegetable farmers, cured meat stall, honey stall, maple syrup merchant that also sold honey stall, herbal tea, herbs, locally made hot sauces, cured meat, jewelry and craft, and of course food to feed the customers, such as breakfast, lunch and ice cream. While farmers are often associated with a rustic image, the products packaging, saved the vegetables of course, was nice or even high end. We spent about an hour scrolling back and forth, carefully considering with whom we parted our money. We decided on the hot sauce and the herbal tea. We were happy. As the market was outdoor, we felt blessed that we chose a fine weather day to visit.

Our toddler loved seeing all the animals, especially the goats, bunnies, and peacock. The playground is spacious with separate areas for toddlers and older kids, plus covered sandboxes that are great on sunny days. The farm market and café were a lovely bonus with delicious baked goods and drinks. Don't forget to check out the adorable mini grocery carts for kids! It's a peaceful place to spend a few hours, and we'll definitely be back for the seasonal pick-your-own events.
