This is our favorite farm to go to for our needs. Their prices are relatively reasonable and there's a lot to choose from. The entry is just a house in a neighborhood so we were a little confused at first. But they keep the goats and cows in another area! We LOVE kefir and they have kefir in all different flavors. They have quail, duck, chicken, etc eggs to pick from. In BJ's the "super organic legit" eggs are $9 a dozen but the yolk is still as light as the $2 eggs. Here you get real eggs for the same price so it's a no brainer for me. They sell honey, soap, eggs, milk, kefir, cheese, and more. And there's adoptable cats! Glad to have finally found a place that sells raw milk for our cat! They have goat milk by quart, half gallon, or gallon. And cow milk by the gallon. The first time we came here we were lucky and they have both, usually you have to preorder so make sure to do that not to waste a trip!!! Yes. Yes. 100% yes. Pam is awesome. She is a straight shooter. The time for pick-up seems sketchy. But if you order milk (for your cat of course) then she will be there. I decided to visit the farm this week. It is a.azing. They have amazing farm cats. And so much stuff to buy. I'm stoked this farm is close by. I've been buying products from The Dancing Goat for over a year. I mostly buy when I see them at The Hyde Park Farmers Market but have bought at other farmers markets they participate in as well. Recently, I've been driving to their farm since during these days of COVID-19, there are no farmers markets and local shows. I have barely left my house but journeyed to The Dancing Goat Farm to do a porch pickup this past weekend because I really needed some fresh eggs and cheese. It's very convenient and they are extremely safe. Pam, the owner and super friendly GOAT lady, greets you from a distance and puts out your goodies for you to pick up. This time I bought a dozen chicken eggs, a dozen quail eggs, a golden keffir, basil/pesto/pine nuts goat cheese, bee happy goat cheese, and a special edition of a cherry chocolate goat cheese. The golden keffir is delicious! I love the ginger and it's just a tad sweet. I don't like anything too sweet and this is just right. Pam has explained to me that they only use a little honey for sweetener. I've also had the strawberry keffir in the past and it's delicious as well! I swear the fresh eggs just taste better than anything you can get at the store! They are large to xlarge eggs and I've never gotten a bad one but Pam will replace one if you do. Once you have these fresh eggs, you aren't going to want store bought anymore. Now, for my very favorite items... the goat cheese!!! Every flavor I've ever had is delicious! One of my favorites for savory is Tomato/pesto/pine nuts. I can just eat the whole container with a spoon but I try to be good! The Bee Happy is lavender and honey flavored. Yummy! While, it's a special, I also enjoyed the cherry chocolate flavor. It is definitely sweet, so use it as a dessert cheese! BTW, these look beautiful! Whenever we get back to normal and you are having a party or going to a party, take advantage of these cheeses for guests! I inhaled them before I took pictures. Ugh... sorry... next time. I also want to note that The Dancing Goat takes in non-domesticated, smaller, farm animals rescued by the Humane Society of Tampa Bay! When you do porch pickup you can see some of the goats, chickens, and other animals who live on the farm. You may be greeted by a cat or a friendly and respectful doggy! You can also know that supporting the family-owned, small business also helps support animal rescue. They have many more products: milk, different cheeses, and even goat milk soaps. I've bought several bats of soap and they are wonderful also. Lots of variety and the soap leaves my skin soft. I've been washing my hands a lot more. I've been using a strong antibacterial soap but following with my goat soap to replenish moisture and soothe my hands. I do have some pics of the farm and a pic of their latest list of products! Everything is delicious, healthy, and local. Now more than ever lets support this small business! A tip: They accept cash, zelle, or venmo, no credit/debit cards, do keep that in mind! I went here for the first time on one of the 2 days a year they are open for a tour of the farm. I was amazed at the location, right smack on a street of upscale very large homes. There was an admission charge of $7 per person, $14 for the two of us, which wasn't a big deal, but I thought it was a bit pricey for being able to shop for their products and see their animals, mostly goats and chickens. They did have a couple horses as well. There was some live entertainment, and all the employees were present, so I guess everyone has to get paid. I was in and out in about 30 minutes, mostly shopping for raw milk and goat products. It was good to find out they have farm pick up at the farm on Wednesdays. read more

She is by far one of the most knowledgeable people I have ever met in this industry. She was funny, warm and very open to answering our hundreds of questions. Pam Lunn is the best farm to table entrepreneur in the Tampa area. Her products are always fresh and she has a rotating menu of weekly specials. You wont find a more pleasant person to talk with on any and every subject. You can buy direct from her Tampa farm or catch her at one of many markets in the area. As a former FFA mom that has volunteered many hours on this farm, I can attest that she uses only the Best Practices in raising, collecting and preparing her products. All of the animals are her "children" and treated like household pets vs farm animals. She rallys a troop of young future farmers and personally overseas and teaches these young people. Love this place. Everyone is friendly and very helpful. Awesome goat products as well as chicken, duck, and quail eggs. All fresh from this urban farm in Tampa. A must to do. They even have AirBNB tours so you can really see the workings of the wonderful farm. Love farm days (they have 2 a year) you really get to enjoy the farm and even buy some tasting treats. I've been buying from local farmers markets for years, but I had never had raw goat's milk until I met Pam at the St. Pete market after moving to Florida in 2020. Years ago I was actually scared of drinking it with all of that bacteria that's so villainized, but over time I learned about the many overall health issues that are connected to the health of your digestive system. A huge factor in that is having the proper bacteria and enzymes to help digest food and transform it into the nutritional elements the body needs to grow and heal. That's where raw goat's milk comes in. After trying some of the goat's milk, keifer and cheeses I was hooked. It's absolutely delicious and I have definitely noticed the difference in my health. Great digestion, a clearing of the brain fog I was experiencing and even better skin. I liked the products so much, one day I went to visit the farm, got a tour and sat down for a tasting. It was immediately clear that although Pam is running a business, this farm is a labor of love and her animals are part of her family. She knows them all by name, and there's hundreds! We interacted with the animals and they were friendly, clean, healthy and obviously well cared for. I toured the barn and stables, the milking area, the kitchen and even the soap making facility and they were very clean, organized and really exceeded my expectations. So I had absolutely NO clue we had a little urban farm in the Westchase area until we stumbled across a Facebook event for their semi-annual Farm Day. We had been in search of a source for goat milk for our dogs and thought it would be fun to check out the farm during one of their open opportunities. I'm glad we did! Pam, the owner, was so friendly and welcoming and we had the opportunity to see all of the staff and volunteers who keep the farm running. We purchased a few bottles of goat milk and the pups absolutely LOVE it. We have since purchased from their booth at a Saturday morning market, but will likely start picking up regularly at the farm as well, which is an option on Wednesdays. I visit the farm weekly, as recently as 3 days ago. Animals are well cared for. Business is run smoothly. Products are real food, not the industrial food at the grocery store. The difference in nutrition (e.g. folic acid in eggs) is as much as 20-fold when comparing industrial food with real food from a farm. I have been a weekly customer for 10 years. I solved all my health problems with real food. The flavored kefir (the mango flavored kefir from local mangoes is to die for!) and the feta cheese are my favorites. The goat milk soap is excellent. The goat milk is delicious - my granddaughter has been raised on goat milk in Washington State and loved Pam's goat milk when she came to visit for a week recently. Pam has several options for goat cheese, including pesto with sundried tomatoes and fig butter with walnuts. Pam goes out of her way to communicate with customers and provide a variety of products. You can email her in advance with orders. She has A2 real milk from a nearby farm in addition to her goat milk products and eggs. She sells at local markets and from the farm and runs a very busy business. And personally checks on the goats several times a night when they are pregnant to ensure smooth deliveries of the new kids. Her house is adjacent to the farm. This is a great place to buy unique Christmas presents. I have ordered many of the (non-perishable) items and my friends love them. The soap is my main item, we use it everyday and keep a fresh bar in our guest room. All of our children get a bar in their Christmas stocking and they seem to like it as much as we do.
