Don't try to use the toliet because it's like a theme park level 4 ride! Will have you hanging on for dear life! On a good note-they replaced the microwave after maybe 6 months!!! Oh and the entry way was fixed but work order has vanished. My knees were too old to take the leap into my son's apartment and I mean it was a leap! 2 boards rotted out with a big ol' hole! Then the kicker...I go online to research and learn more about this luxurious Beech...100s of others are experiencing some of the same issue. Go figue... I found reviews that complained about "discoloration" but in other places, no air, leaks, smells, guest and filth! Lord Jesus..I had to pray for safety in that death trap. I did get a response from corporate I guess. They found nothing wrong! They didn't but did ask for proof of my son's trips to the doctor to support our claims. No big, because we have several. Let me be fair and say they offered to help him move to Greensboro-that's one heck of a commute to ECU. Oh and ADA accommodations-but I wasn't aware "discoloration over the door" qualifies. I guess they are referring to the breathing issues caused by.... ‍ Who knows. But again we have records with him going back and forth to his PCP for breathing issues. We did not have an actual conversation, for he just ran up the staircase. If a roommate ever pulls that, immediately walk away from that complex. They also send you to collections, even if you never moved in. That's right. You don't even have to move to be sent to collections. If a student has to withdraw from college for any reason before taking possession of a unit they (and the co-signer) are still on the hook for the ENITRE lease balance. Even if the student (or the leasing office) fills that slot with another person, they still charge one months rent and an admin fee. Other apartment complexes in the area do not do that, especially if the student has to withdraw from ECU due to no fault of their own. Buyer beware.

The school store is located in there, along with Panda Express, Au Bon Pain, more dining and the 4th campus Starbucks! The overall campus is so pretty and we were lucky enough to have a fantastic tour guide, Brooke P. who is also from WF. The school has so many state of the art features, new buildings, gorgeous facilities and the grounds are so beautifully landscaped. Our tour guide definitely has Pirate pride and really loves the school, she answered all of my questions and I can see why so many kids pick ECU. Our daughter is definitely applying, remains to be seen if she'll be accepted and or attend ECU, but if she chose this school, based on what we saw today, I think she'd be quite happy here!

Walking the campus is totally accessible. There are many outdoor features to enjoy from fountains to memorials and a stray cow and Pirates.
